My mother is 102 years old registered blind and needs compete care. She has enjoyed all her 4 and a half years in Cotman House and we think it has given her a new lease of life. She's cheerful and likes the staff and the company and activities with the other residents. We have complete confidence in all her care. We are thrilled with highest standards of care, comfort and the magnificent equipment for the disabled. The rooms are a delight! The food is marvellous and varied and she enjoys everything and she can ask for her special favourites. The staff could not be kinder, more friendly, professional and caring. I am a retired occupational therapist so can vouch for their proficiency.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

Kirsty trained as a qualified nurse, and within 6 years, she became a Home Manager. She believes that every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by making changes to the environment, putting things in place to reduce risk or even just by making someone smile and feel loved.
Kirsty is incredibly enthusiastic and loves that every day at Cotman House is different. Her passion for the role is infectious, and she tries to come up with new ways of working and new ideas on how to improve practice on a daily basis.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and her miniature Dachshund.
