We were not disappointed, her care throughout has been impeccable and we would not hesitate to recommend Cliftonville.

I found the staff extremely pleasant and attentive to resident's needs. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is wonderful with a beautiful lounge and dining room. There are lots of activities and everything is done to help residents recover quickly while at the same time making them feel at home. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the care given to my aunt by all at the care home. I am kept advised of any concerns or requirements, either during my regular visits or by the telephone. I am reassured that my aunt is in such a well run establishment.

However, the remaining staff couldn't do enough for us, would highly recommend.

Nan was cared for over 5 years and she was happy which gave us the comfort living so far away. She became the pinnacle being there for so long and everybody knew her and she was always asked after, from nurses to canteen staff. They were also very helpful and accommodating at a sad time. The staff can't do enough to help! Thank you.

My grandmother spent five very happy years at Cliftonville Care Home. The staff were always very kind and helpful even taking her breakfast in bed. Her personal care was very good and all her needs were attended to. I cannot say thank you to the staff enough for the care and attention they showed my grandmother.

I simply could not want for better. More like a top rated 5-star hotel than a care home. All staff are fully experienced and trained and more than compliant with updated legislation. Catering is superb with meals cooked on the premises and the accommodation.....well, you just have to visit and see for yourself. They will probably let you out eventually if you are nice. Seriously though, as I say, my family could not want for better!!

A deep bow and heartfelt thanks from me to the wonderful staff at Cliftonville who have been caring for my frail mum since January. Such a relief to know my mum is getting the best possible care so I can get on with my day job and other things I have to do. Good links with GP and I am kept informed. I sense mum feels more care for loved than at any other time in her life. Lots of activities and encouragement for the residents get involved and stay soundly active. Lovely to know mum feels at home and amongst friends.

I cannot praise highly enough the service and care my cousin received at Cliftonville Care Home. We were always kept informed of her condition and made to feel very welcome. We wanted the best for our relative and Cliftonville Care Home provided the best over and above our expectations. Congratulations to all of the carers etc. They are dong a wonderful job.

My father spent a short while in the nursing wing for end of life care. All the staff have been so kind and caring and his nursing has been excellent. We are very grateful he had a comfortable and peaceful end and can't thank all the staff enough.

Visited different care homes trying to decide which would be best for my mother, who had dementia. We decided on Cliftonville, which proved 100% to be the correct choice. All the staff were friendly, helpful, going beyond expectation. On the night Mum was expected to pass away, staff came to say goodbye,asked night team to call if she passed away. These are such lovely caring staff who were the same whatever time of day you turned up. They are there for the whole family and not just the family member. If you need a home, this is the one to use. Great thanks to all the staff.

It is a lovely home, but so much more, as it is a home filled with love and care. As a family, we can never thank the staff enough for all they are doing for my wife. My daughter and I, who visit most days, are totally satisfied that she is in such safe caring hands and so we have no worries that she isn't receiving the very best care she could get.

Since my mother arrived at Cliftonville Care Home in March 2015, the staff have always looked after her well. She is completely immobile and has to be hoisted to the bathroom etc. but staff always deal with her promptly when required. The activity team are excellent with her and my mother is happy with everything.

My uncle was looked after so well during his stay. The staff were so kind and caring. Nothing was too much to make my uncles stay in his words "The most wonderful week". I can't thank the manager and his staff enough. Thank you.

My mum's team leader was also pleasant and we discussed what I would like for my mum, her care leader and her staff she works with are extremely helpful, caring and always implement anything I request. The ladies in"pink" are fantastic, mum loves all the activities and at least has something to discuss with us when we visit her!

My father spent the last few years of his life at Cliftonville Care Home and I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone, including the admin staff were so considerate. My father was treated with dignity and genuine kindness by the cares for whom nothing seemed to be too much. I was touched by the gentleness at the end of his life and the way they treated not only him, but the caring way they treated me too.

This is an excellent care home, with great facilities and fantastic, caring staff. The garden is a real bonus and greatly enjoyed by my father. We are very pleased with the standard of care he receives.

I think this is an excellent care home in every way. Having the use of the beautiful sheltered garden is a great bonus. The staff are all kind and caring. The rooms and facilities are of an excellent standard maybe the alternative to sandwiches at tea time could be of a softer consistency for those who can't eat crusty crunchy food.
