I was very satisfied with the care my dad received.
I only have two little issues. The first was my dad was put in one room but when we came to collect him he had been put in a different room. Could you please make sure the room you give him he remains in.
Also, a few of his clothes had gone missing - that was probably my fault as I had not labelled them.

When he comes again I will make sure all clothes are labelled.

I am no longer able to spend time with my wife at Dearne Hall Care Home, but during the three years she spent there before her death, I knew she was content and happy, which was in no small way due to the wonderful, caring staff. She was always treated with the utmost respect and her dignity never impinged. Being a kind and caring person herself I am sure she appreciated the great kindness she received from all staff at the home, without exception.
I must thank all at the home for the kindness and consideration shown to me and my eternal gratitude for all the loving care she received. The dedication of all staff at Dearne Hall is second to none and I cannot praise you enough.

Thank you.

Feels a nice, welcoming place on entering. Staff always acknowledge on entering. Happy that Mum is safe and well looked after in here and that she is happy here too and that she likes the staff.

All the staff at Dearne Hall are all very caring, they spend time with all the residents doing activities for every occasion that arises. They treat everyone with dignity and always respect their privacy. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, clothes are washed, pressed and return quickly to wardrobes.

My family and I are always greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile, which puts my mind at rest knowing my husband is well looked after.

My mother has resided here since January 2015. To begin with, she was quite unsettled with her new environment but with the support and care of carers, she has really settled down. Communication is always good between the home and myself and I feel content now that my mother is being well cared for, making sure her personal needs are met. I have recommended the home to several people as I feel it offers value for money and person-centered care.
