Marvellous care residence with such lovely caring and attentive staff. I am so comfortable here and feel safe and very well looked after. The food is excellent and my room is lovely. I cannot fault it at all. Since I've come here my bad legs have got so much better thanks to improved nursing care by the district nurses. Very professional and on the ball generally.

The staff here are very caring and helpful. They call in my room often to see if I am okay. Which is very nice.

I've been living in Park View Care Home for nearly 2 years. When I first came in I was really poorly. I was looked after very well and got mu health back on track. I was very thin and have now put my weight back on. The staff look after me very well. The home is clean and my room is cleaned every day. All members of staff are welcoming and friendly.

Since my mother in law arrival at the care home, we have seen a massive increase of her well being. Which is down to the care and function of the care home from top to bottom. I would recommend this care home to anyone wishing to care for a loved one.

Overall Experience

Generally, staff are very good. It would be nice if they could spend more time with the residents. Need extra staff, especially at the weekends. Sometimes family members are looking for staff to help a resident and no one is available. Would be good if at least one staff member was always in the same room as the residents (to be on hand). Sometimes very smelly and carpet needs cleaning.

I feel excited to work at Park View and be part of Sanctuary Care.
I have worked in care since the age of 17 and I have experience in the NHS and local authorities.

My biggest passion is customer service and providing the best possible experience for the residents, focusing on well-being and quality of life and meaningful moments, especially for those who are on their dementia journey.
