Overall Experience

We think that the care our son receives is excellent. The manager and staff are very thoughtful and experienced. They think about what our son likes to do. They deal with his challenging behaviours with patience and tolerance. They make sure he is entertained, both within the home and on external outings. We are altogether really pleased with his progress and care so far. The challenge to the manager and staff is to maintain this high standard. Ongoing training will be a key element to this.

We are very pleased with the manager and staff that care for our son. He has only been there a few months but seems to have settled in really well and is happy there. The manager and staff are doing an excellent job. Any problems and health issues are dealt with asap. Keep up the good work.

Overall Experience
The service provided to my son is fantastic.

It really is an excellent care home with staff whose care for my son is exemplary. The facilities are to a high standard and my son is very happy there so much so that whenever he comes home for lunch he wants to get back to Bridle Lodge as soon as possible.

We are pleased with the care our son receives, he seems very settled thanks to the attention of the manager. The manager and staff work very hard at making the unit work. The staff are always welcoming and always on hand to listen to any of our concerns.
