My wife was admitted at the beginning of November 2016 and died there in March 2017. I cannot speak too highly of the care and attention that she received. All staff were forever kind, cheerful and ready to do what was necessary and then more.I visited every afternoon for four months and got to know all staff and some of the residents really well. There is a wonderful family atmosphere. I am full of admiration for all the staff. I did not realise that there were so many good people in our usually cynical world.

Mum had a lovely room overlooking the hills and immediately felt at home. After a period of loneliness and depression, she responded positively to the care and stimulus Lavender provided. The staff are exceptionally good and we could not have hoped for better. Mum praised the food and care. She found friends and support. Senior figures attended her funeral. I cannot praise Lavender Hills highly enough. It seems to me, a model of what care homes should provide.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in Lavender Hills for over one year. The quality of care is superb. The staff are caring, considerate and professional in their work. Nothing is too much trouble, always looking to maintain and develop the environment for all. Friendly, welcoming to relatives consistently. Recently moved my one mum into Lavender Hills knowing that her needs will be net and this fills us with confidence.
I have no complaints on care. My one complaint on one occasion was cleanliness of room. This was dealt with immediately and has not occurred since. Staff are friendly, the home bright and cheerful, staff and management very supportive.
