Our family are very grateful to the team at Hatfield House for the wonderful care given to our mum/nana. All staff are consistently caring and compassionate and attentive to mums individual needs. privacy and dignity of care maintained. Communication with all staff is easy as they are approachable and friendly. I receive regular updates regarding mums care and mobility from managers and care providers. care plan discussed regularly. You are listened to any requests are actioned straight away! My mum has settled well into the home She talks about the home with pride and that she feels safe and respected, happy to join in with anything to do. (A cup of tea at 3pm) if she asks for some. meals + TV's very high standard. the home is clean + tidy. It has been lovely to see Tanya (home manager) back after a spell away from work. A big thank you to Tanya and his team they work very hard and are amazing.

This care home has been an utter GODSEND for my Grandma. As soon as we came for a look round with a view to moving her from her other carehome we were blown away by the place itself and the cleanliness. As time has gone on weve got to know the staff very well and they are a credit to this place. They treat your Grandma like they would their own and it just makes you feel comfortable knowing when you leave they are being looked after. They are always doing activities with the residents and can see they genuinely care... not just a paycheck which is what you want when you have a loved one here. The food is excellent as is the place and the staff.

The home itself is clean and tidy , it is decorated tastefully. Public areas and residents rooms are lovely. The staff are excellent and show a high level of care and attention. They are friendly and attentive to the residents and to the relatives. I am relaxed knowing my mum is getting great care.

Outstanding Care, Kindness and an Amazing Team

I cannot speak highly enough of Hatfield House Care Home. Every time I visit my friend, I am made to feel so welcome, and the care, kindness and professionalism I see from everyone really stand out.

I have had some fantastic interactions with the management team, particularly Tanya, James and Charlotte, who genuinely go above and beyond. They are approachable, friendly, caring and always willing to listen. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they always take the time to answer questions and offer help whenever it is needed.

James especially stands out in such a positive way. Whenever I have a question or something I need help with, he is always happy to take the time to listen and make sure I get the answers I need. His approach is fantastic, and you can clearly see that he genuinely cares about the residents and the people around them.

My mum went into care 8 months ago, following a diagnosis of dementia. She was also physically unwell. The staff at the home were amazing. I am convinced that without all the input my mum wouldn't be here now. From Laura on reception, care staff, laundry, caterers and cleaners, they all show empathy, kindness, patience and total care. My only concern for everyone in the home is the heat. The staff do their utmost to care even though I have seen them wilting. I am sure air con would be of great benefit through these prolonged hot summers. Praise to all the staff.

Hatfield House has been my dad's home for the last 5 years and my mum also lived there before passing away 5 years ago . During that time Tanya and the team have been wonderful - professional, caring and attentive. The love and care provided to my dad is brilliant. Everyone is aware of my dad's routine and his likes and dislikes and nothing is ever too much trouble. Over the last 6 months there has been significant staff change; however I believe that staffing is now much more settled. It is lovely to have Tanya the manager back and there have been some excellent appointments to management (this is taking nothing away at all from those who were in those posts previously). Following a recent incident involving my dad, James and the team investigated this thoroughly, kept me updated throughout and provided me with next steps at every stage which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Hatfield House and couldn't think of a better place for my dad. Thank you everyone!

The only improvement which would help a lot in the current heat wave is air conditioning built-in; the few mobile air con. units are not very effective.

I feel very comfortable when visiting thanks to the staff - they are amazing and treat my Mum with care, respect, patience and understanding. I never worry when I leave as she is in the best possible hands.

Soon has you enter Hatfield House you feel very welcome from the reception team.My mum has been in here for about 2years now and she has received the best care from the lovely staff,The food is fresh and the home is clean and very tidy that's given from the cleaning staff.Everyone is treated with respect,I couldn't wish for a better Home for my mum fabulous team.

Most of all they make my mum feel comfortable just like living at hme.

My only other concern is lack of activities but again this is improving.

Hatfield House is an absolutely fantastic carehome. My Grandmother, has been in the home , for about 18 months and loves it . The residents are treated with respect and care . The food is lovely " . The home , is very clean , very very high standards are kept . Can't praise enough.

There is nothing wrong with the home. It is clean, tidy, staff are brilliant. I am so pleased my sister is here.

My mum moved into Hatfield House after a protracted stay in hospital. As soon as I visited, I felt at ease and felt sure that my mum would be comfortable. She was a little nervous on day one, but that passed as soon as she met the staff and was welcomed with open arms. I was told by the hospital that she would never walk again and that she would be incontinent; both of these are no longer true. The staff have encouraged her to be independent, and she is thriving and happy. She has made friends and looks so much healthier. She loves getting her hair done each week and the lounge snack basket. I am very happy with the decision to place my mum here.

My mum moved in 3 months ago, myself and my siblings can now relax knowing my mum has got 24-hour excellent care, all her needs are met, the staff go above and beyond. The care home is immaculate, and meals are amazing. Activities are often and varied - We wouldn't want my mum anywhere else, and it's a pleasure visiting.

My mum has been on end of life care for a few weeks but has thankfully turned a corner. All made the more possible with the amazing care from all the staff at Hatfield House, who have continued to provide exceptional care to my mum, whilst supporting me on this journey.

I cannot express my gratitude enough, not just for the past few weeks, but also for the past 2 years of care they've provided to my mum. Mum is treated with respect, dignity and shown love and support.

My mum has had some health challenges. Staff and management have supported mum and all family members. The whole team have worked together to connect with health service, communicate with family and reassure mum. The level of care has been excellent and given peace of mind to us as a family. We can't thank you enough.
