My mom got a place at this beautiful home ,which is totally fit for purpose, from the time my mom arrived to now she's had a lovely welcoming and ongoing attentive care ,the manager and all the staff I can not praise enough and it's a very well organised establishment, the staff have always got time to listen to me about mom and also keep me updated too , I could write pages about this place it's just 10 out of 10 snd offers a whole lot more , and all the service users just seem so happy and content too , harden hall is just brilliant .

The staff were kind, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect at all times. My mom moved into Harden at the of February. This has been a challenging time for the family, and the staff at Harden have been excellent especially the Team Leaders who have helped us navigate what care Mom needs. We have asked a lot of questions and they have always been available to support us and help us understand how Mom will be cared for. This has put our minds at rest and has been such a relief to know that they keep us informed , is well looked after and that they understand dementia, something which is new to us. The food is excellent, everyone knows Mom's name, she loves the Hairdressers and its invaluable as a family that we can join mom for lunch and in the coffee shop. I would highly recommend Harden Hall and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done and continue to do.
