Harden Hall is a contemporary residential and dementia care home located in the heart of the community. Each of the 54 single bedrooms has an en-suite wet room to support privacy and dignity. Harden Hall continues to welcome new residents for shorter stays and for longer term care for older people who require 24 hour support.

The home is operated by Anchor and provides residential care, which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.

The care team works with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual’s health and care needs are continually met. Anchor are specialists in dementia care and provide on-going training to care staff to ensure their approach always reflects best practice.

My sister has been well looked after at Harden hall and can't say anything bad about the home from management to carer to cleaners and even the food has been amazing nothing is to much trouble they are all angels and deserve the recognition for what they do

Every time I visited my brother-in-law, we entered a friendly environment. The staff were very friendly. I had lunch with him a few times, and the food was delicious. His room was light and comfortable, and his daughter had hung pictures on the walls and placed photographs of his family around the room.
He is comfortable there and likes the staff. It is a lovely home, and when leaving, I am assured he is happy and well looked after.

The reason my husband is in Harden Hall is due to me having a seizure and being unable to look after him. He is settled and happy there. The home is homely. The staff are friendly and caring. The food is delicious. I have spent numerous lunch times with him. Any concerns, I have the staff deal with
it straight away. My mind is at rest knowing he is happy there.

I attended the homes fate, I'm shocked at how much this home does for the residents and the families that attend. They make it feel like such a homely place!

Just had a pleasant two hours with my friend, during my visit, the staff on her floor were helpful and happy. Making sure our tie together was relaxed and happy. The staff checked on all the residents, making sure their every need or want was covered, constantly chatting to people and being inclusive
to all.

The staff and facilities at Harden Hall Care Home are excellent. All the staff are experienced in dealing with dementia and are caring, patient and understanding. I couldn't have chosen a better care home for my dad, he's so content.

My mom moved into Harden at the of February. This has been a challenging time for the family, and the staff at Harden have been excellent especially the Team Leaders who have helped us navigate what care Mom needs. We have asked a lot of questions and they have always been available to support us and
help us understand how Mom will be cared for. This has put our minds at rest and has been such a relief to know that they keep us informed , is well looked after and that they understand dementia, something which is new to us. The food is excellent, everyone knows Mom's name, she loves the Hairdressers and its invaluable as a family that we can join mom for lunch and in the coffee shop. I would highly recommend Harden Hall and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done and continue to do.

A beautiful, clean & caring home for my Mom who has dementia. The staff totally understand dementia and how to deal with it.
Mom's room is spacious & has an ensuite with wet room shower which meets all her needs.
She makes use of the hairdresser weekly and the chiropodist service every 6 weeks.
The
meals are cooked on site and always looks appetizering with an excellent choice.
Staff always inform me if Mom isn't feeling well or had fall. So I have no need to worry about her wellbeing.
Very pleased that I chose Harden Hall for my Mom's care.

My mother has been at the home for around 18 months , we can see a huge improvement in her health as a result of how well she has been looked after.
The staff have been extremely diligent in ensuring her fluid intake means she is no longer letting herself get dehydrated, and we are more than happy
with the care she receives from the staff generally.
The family as a whole are assured of her being looked after by a very professional group of people. The home itself is always spotlessly clean and welcoming.

My auntie has been in this home for a while now and the difference in her is fantastic, the staff are very kind and welcoming and helpful, her friends and family feel she is safe and we feel reassured that she is well looked after. She has her hair done every week which she always did when she lived
in her own home. I can't recommend this care home enough. Her family and friends would just like to thank the staff at harden hall for all there hard work and dedication.

My step father in law due to his medical condition was admitted into Harden Hall and to be very honest we couldn't have wished for a better place for him to stay, such a lovely clean bright friendly place where all the staff take pride in there profession. The staff from day one make you feel as if
you have always known them which puts your mind at ease knowing that your loved one is in a safe place being locked after by people who take pride in what they do. Thank you all.

Very happy with the care mom is receiving at Harden Hall, all staff are friendly and caring. Her appetite has increased and she says the food is lovely.
We are kept up to date with her progress or any problems either by email of face to face.
It's a great relief for me and my family that mom is

Harden Hall is a really nice care home. When my Aunt needed full-time care I visited a lot of different providers, and Harden Hall stood out as the obvious choice. I'm always updated on any issues, and she is looked after with great care.

I cant praise this care home enough. My dad is still settling in and has had a few difficulties but the carers show him respect and compassion. They adapt to his needs and find ways to assist with his adjustment that we haven't thought of. In addition they are happy to talk us and help us understand
dementia too. Its been a steep learning curve but they have helped us immensely. We have great peace if mind that he is safe and well looked after. Thank you

My father has been in Harden Hall for over two years and has continually received excellent care during this time . He suffers from dementia and therefore needs 24 hour care.
He is always treated with dignity by all the staff at all levels . They all know his name and interact with him really well.
The
care home always notifies me if he needs anything or if he is ill. He loves the food and his room is cleaned and maintained.
He really enjoys having a coffee and a cake at the cafe. They also take him to see dementia friendly films at the cinema which he loves.
I know my dad is cared for really well and that is a real blessing not having to worry about him so much .Before choosing Harden Hall I looked at quite a few homes and feel this is the best for him.

Harden Hall is a fantastic care home the staff look after Mom with skill, care, compassion, respect and more. Every time I visit Mom is content and well looked after, plus the staff are always helpful and open with how she is, the extra activities are always great. The meals are fantastic and the home
itself is very well kept. Mom is very happy to be there and I am happy that she is there, fully recommended.

Amazing! All the staff make sure they look out for my nan no matter what time of day it is! Every visit we get a full report of how she's been during the week. They make sure she has everything she needs and that she gets decent meals. Very happy with how Nan is being cared for!

My mother-in-law has been in Harden Hall for almost 2 years and has been very happy there. The whole team are wonderful, always helpful and caring both with residents and visitors. For me personally, it is a huge relief that my wife has found somewhere for her Mum where she is happy and content and
well looked after, as the home she was in prior to this was nowhere near as good. My wife used to be very stressed out but since moving mum to Harden Hall she has been so much better. The home is always clean and welcoming, and they all know us and always have a chat. My wife gets updates on her Mum on a regular basis. I do sometimes feel sorry for the staff as they seem rushed off their feet, but they always have a smile on their face. I don't think people really appreciate how hard it is to work in a care home, but I am so grateful that they do and they deserve all the praise they get.
