I was very pleased with everything in the home. The staff and management were always there to listen to you and to help in any way if possible, and yes I would, and have, recommended the treatment. It was very good for my partner and I'm sure that the care and treatment will continue.

My mum has been in Harden Hall for 4 years (now passed away) and I can truly say that she has been looked after very well all the time she was in there, and the staff have been excellent at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harden Hall to anyone, it is where I would want to go.

My mum has been in the above home since February 2017. Although sometimes she is quite shy, the staff always know how to handle her with compassion and kindness. There is one particular lady that all my family are extremely fond of. She is one of your carers and she is so professional in everything...

Following last years damning CQC report I along with most relatives have been closely monitoring the changes/improvements at Harden Hall and yes there have been some, but there's still a long way to go. The general atmosphere has improved and the staffing level has increased which can only be good....
The new manager seems to have matters well in hand and communicates with relatives.
