Overall Experience
My mum has been in the above home since February 2017. Although sometimes she is quite shy, the staff always know how to handle her with compassion and kindness. There is one particular lady that all my family are extremely fond of. She is one of your carers and she is so professional in everything that she does. She is very considerate at any time we drop in.

She is warm, friendly and extremely understanding. Well done Harden Hall for sourcing such lovely staff.

Overall Experience
Following last years damning CQC report I along with most relatives have been closely monitoring the changes/improvements at Harden Hall and yes there have been some, but there's still a long way to go. The general atmosphere has improved and the staffing level has increased which can only be good. My mother seems quite "content" most of the time, the food is good and overall I feel things are finally on the up but not before time.

The new manager seems to have matters well in hand and communicates with relatives.
