All-inclusive, so all care, food, accommodation, laundry and entertainment are included within the quoted price, there is no fluctuation based on care needs once you are a resident.
Extras will only include hairdresser, chiropody, newspapers and any trips using the electric minibus.

Felbury House do not have any visiting restrictions, they want residents to live here in exactly the same way that they would at own home. Visitors are welcome for lunch (3-course) at a nominal cost of £20 including wine (with 24-hours notice).

We have recently found that some of the workload was being delegated to certain members of our team and that the care work was not being shared equally: putting pressure on some. We have since started to rectify this issue and hope that your mum has noticed an improved experience. We are glad you see the home is well staffed and we work hard to ensure that we continue to maintain a very low turnover of care staff, which has been repeatedly reported across the industry sector as an issue over the past couple of years. Over 50% of our team has now been with us for five or more years!

But Residents like your dad helped us stay positive with their sunny attitude and keenness to do activities and fundraise etc. during lockdown.
