Located in the market town of Fareham, the home’s lifestyle team arrange a varied programme of activities, including minibus outings to local places of interest.
Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

My mother attended Gracewell of Fareham in August for one month. She loved it so much that it was decided in October 2017 to go back on a permanent basis.

Unfortunately, Mum only had 3 weeks at Gracewell before she passed away. I found the care staff extremely respectful and helpful and I was glad Mum spent her final weeks in such a caring and comfortable environment.

There have been a lot of changes at this care home over the past few months with a complete change in the management team and appointment of new staff. The changes seem, in general, to be having a positive effect on the home. The carers, in the main, do seem to actually 'care' about their residents, although we still have some concerns about staffing levels at times. Cleanliness of the home is usually fairly good, although some carpeting and furniture still needs some attention (still seem to be waiting for new carpeting although replaced in some areas). Food always good, with good choices. Father-in-law seems generally content.
