Hello
Thank you for your review. I am delighted to hear your mother is enjoying taking part in the activities. With reference to our Covid restrictions, we are being extremely conservative in our approach in order to do all we can to keep everyone safe. We monitor infection rates, health requirements and government recommendations on a daily basis. We are very aware that our industry is more conservative compared with elsewhere and that raises frustrations for us all. My very best wishes to your family, Helen
Hello
Thank you for your review. We very much appreciate it when our family members provide feedback and reviews. We share the feedback with the staff in our catch-ups. It helps us to not only improve the service but it also gives everyone a lift. My very best wishes for your family, Helen
Hi, this is such a lovely review, thank you.
The genuine relationships our colleagues have with their residents is so humbling. We absolutely have the best people. I'm also pleased that you've noted some of the improvements we're implementing. Thank you again. My best wishes to you and your family, Helen

Hi,
Thanks for your positive review of our service. I am so glad your Nan is enjoying her time with our great colleagues. The Magdalen team is a really happy bunch who love their residents and the time they spend with them. My very best wishes for you and your family, Helen
Hello, thank you for your comprehensive review of our service. I am so very sorry for the sad loss of your Mum. My condolences to you and your family. When you're caring for someone at home with dementia, the challenge is relentless. We are absolutely delighted to have our day centre to provide respite for the home carer and a change of scene for the person with dementia as well. Then, if it's helpful, having the care recipient move in with us is all about providing continuity of care for both the carer and the Resident. And for us, it's wonderful as we become so fond of our daycare guests and residents, we feel that we're really supporting the family together. All our very best wishes go to you and your family, thank you.
