Mum has been at Olive Tree House for a few weeks now, and the change in her has been amazing. I cannot praise all the staff enough for their care, kindness, dedication towards mum. You are all amazing and should be very proud of the work you do, a real vocation. A particular shout out to the wonderful activity coordinator who is absolutely brilliant, such a bundle of joy, always smiling and making the residents laugh and coming up with new ideas. As a family, we have also been made to feel very welcome, so thank you all. I was very anxious when mum had to move from her home, but any anxiety quickly vanished down to the professionalism and care provided. Once again thank you

Review of The Grove from Lorraine L (Niece of Resident) published on 22 July 2026 Submitted via Postal Card

Staff interact with residents with great Care & Compassion. Residents are treated with kindness & dignity. Staff are always on hand and available. The environment is clean and rooms comfortable with a lovely outside area. Plenty of social engagements and entertainment are provided and staff go out of their way to engage all residents and make it fun. My Aunt joined in things like tai chi, painting and things she had never tried before. This was a 4 week respite placement but I would definitely use The Grove in the future.

From the start the home & all staff have been fantastic. Very attentive & caring, giving us re-assurance that our loved one would be well looked after. Even with additional safeguarding needs, management/staff have gone above & beyond to help support & facilities these needs. Communication has been excellent. We are very thankful for how wonderful/friendly the staff have been in their high level of care. Thank you.

My father has been residing at Blossom Fields for three years now. And I would thoroughly recommend Blossom Fields to anyone who's thinking about choosing a care home for their loved ones or relatives .The place is spotlessly clean and the staff here are so caring, nothing is too much trouble.. This is a well managed care home with the delightful management team of Maggie and Jude at the helm making sure things run smoothly and do a fantastic job here..

Review of Fairmile Grange from L L (Wife of Resident) published on 11 June 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My wishes for a care home for my husband were safety and excellent care delivered with kindness, compassion and respect. Fairmile Grange has provided all of these.
The home is staffed by a team of dedicated people who clearly have a real understanding of dementia and who are skilled in its management and make it their business to get to know the specific needs of individuals. This is evident not only in the nursing, care staff and well being teams who have the most interaction with residents, but in everybody involved in the running of the home and most definitely in the senior management team.
As the wife of a resident I always feel welcome and am kept well informed.

Review of St Georges Nursing Home from John C (Son of Resident) published on 11 June 2026 Submitted via Postal Card

All the staff are very helpful and caring. The meals are made from scratch, fresh every day. The residents are made very welcome and taken on different outings each month. The staff also have projects that they do to entertain residents within the home too. I had the pleasure to watch them decorate Christmas cakes. This is a home and environment that I would want for myself, when the time comes. I would recommend St Georges!

Review of St Georges Nursing Home from R M (Son of Resident) published on 5 June 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My Dad has been at St Georges since December last year. Initially as a temporary resident but now permanent following the death of my Mother. Can't fault the care my Dad has got from St Georges, he is very happy there and now calls it his home. The staff also managed the rapid demise of my Mum very caringly and made sure my Dad was ok throughout.

We were also able to hold the wake following my Mum's funeral at St Georges. This was great and we really appreciate the effort that Simon, Zoe and the team put in to organise it. It made a sad day a bit less sad.
