My Mum absolutely loves it here. The staff are brilliant, so caring and look after the residents brilliantly. It's lovely to know that Mum is so well cared for, all staff go over and beyond in their caring, supporting roles. I know if I have any concerns they'd be listened to and acted upon. The home itself is always clean, secure and well maintained.

A charming place to live and visit with professional and friendly staff, who are genuine, invested and are dedicated to both the resident, family and friends well being. The hospitality, caring and housekeeping is of a high standard. The food is excellent. The facilities are comfortable and get a real sence of being at home. The support from Management and staff is very positive. From a pastoral point of view there is a sence of positive support and recognition of individuality. The well being coordinators are doing a great job with a variety of activities.

I spent around three weeks in the Cedars wing of Buckingham Care Home following a hospital visit for a broken hip and I couldn't be more positive about the care I received during my rehabilitation.
The carers, the nursing staff, and the physiotherapists I saw were all as helpful and supportive as I could have asked for. I was well looked after and was helped to recover to a level where I felt able to go back home, without any sense of rush or pressure.

The food was good, cups of tea were regular and coming from a hospital ward the peace and quiet of my own room was a godsend.

Wonderful people and place!! The staff are truly fabulous. So kind and informative. Couldn't of asked for better!! They never got fed up of me calling every day to see how Grandma was. They treated Grandma with respect and care until she sadly passed away. My mum was away when grandma passed away so I found them just amazing. They all do an amazing job. Thank you!

Our mum has been in this excellent care home since 2019. She absolutely loves it. Knowing she is there, safe and happy, has enabled us to enjoy our time with her and genuinely feel content that all her needs are catered for. There is great communication and we find the social media page, which celebrates the care home community, a source of great joy. We have found all the care providers to be professional and helpful, and the team are excellent. Well done everybody!

The most amazing setting for our auntie during a period of respite following her hospital admission. The home is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable.
All staff members went above and beyond to create a friendly, professional and caring service. Nothing was too much trouble. Our auntie felt safe and the standard of care for her during this time was excellent.

We cannot praise the staff and the home enough. The staff were always smiling, happy to help and cared for our auntie with genuine compassion and kindness. Thank you so much.

My husband has used this home for respite stays for the past two years. He now needs full-time residential care and moved in just before Christmas. I cannot praise this home enough, the staff are wonderful, the building is light and welcoming. It is always clean and smells fresh. There are plenty of comfortable areas for residents and visitors to use. My husband's room is spacious with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the garden. The most important thing is my husband is happy here, he settled in immediately and is full of praise for all of the staff.

Both my parents came to Buckingham Care Home needing to be kept safe after being independent in their own home for as long as we could manage.
They took a few weeks to settle but with the understanding and patience shown to them, they began to enjoy the calm atmosphere.
They have valued the clean, nicely decorated rooms that they have personalised; the lovely views of the garden and the tasty hot food... but above all, "the staff will do anything for you, you only have to ask and it's done... with a smile!"
After only a couple of months, my dad died. Since then the staff have geared up even more. They have supported not only my mum but our whole family with compassion.

They genuinely care!
