My mother has been in Bowbridge Court since August 2013, following a stroke and the onset of dementia. I have always found the care workers to be very affectionate, loving and caring, especially now when my mum has an end of life care plan in place. Whenever we have had concerns we have been listened to. It has not been an easy time for us, but at least we have known that mum is safe and well cared for. Staff have also been very supportive of the family.

A very pleasant and friendly atmosphere and the residents seemed very contented. Scrupulously clean surroundings and the ladies agreed that the food is very good! Unable to comment upon my mum's room because did not visit on this occasion.

My Aunty has had a long stay at the above home and the duration of the stay has been over three months, unfortunately her health has deteriorated and she is now end of life care. I can honestly say all the staff and management have shown total respect and compassion to her throughout her stay. This has also been shown to her immediate family and friends during their visits also. It has made this very difficult time certainly more manageable for all concerned. Many thanks
