Excellent care home, and is pleasant to visit. I can't think of a better care home for my mother in Law. The one issue is parking. It is only luck that you find a place to park within the car park when visiting and due to the road outside with it's cycle lane nowhere near to park. I can only think that
the cars parked in the car park are staff. There ought to be a row left for visitors to use.

Bradley Hall is more than just a home it's a family. The staff and residents are not just people, they have become friends and family. Mum is cared for and treated with the respect and dignity she deserves. Knowing Mum is safe and cared for allows us to continue to feel comfort in the fact that her

My mum is well looked after at Bradley Hall. The staff are caring and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them. Bradley Hall is a lovely, spacious care home, it has lots of activities for the residents to do. It's like home from home.

Mum moving into a home was the last thing my sister and I wanted but eventually we were not able to care for her ourselves. Bradley Hall has turned out to be a wonderful choice. Mum is treated with care and love, the staff are kind and treat her with dignity. As mum's health deteriorates we are kept
fully informed. As we visit at least four times a week we have found the staff friendly and caring.

When Mum came to look around she really didn't like the idea of homes but when we came to look the manager was so lovely and invited us to a New Years party she made my mum's day and she made my mum change her mind about homes. There is so much to do here.
Mum was always busy working and was a volunteer
for years and they let her wash up and help.

The home and staff have enabled Mum to live a safe fulfilling life. Mum has seen many challenges over the last year but with the support of everyone at Bradley Hall, she has come through these and continues to thrive. Everyone at Bradley Hall has become a part of our family and has supported us through
difficult periods. We continue to make cherished memories as we did with our Dad who was also a resident until his passing in January 2024.

I am very impressed with everything I have seen since arriving at 9:30 to see my sister. The staff were so pleasant and I found Bradley Hall was so clean and staff were very good with all the people they are looking after. My sister really likes it here. It is the best place I have seen in a long time.

Sarah previously won the Inspiration Prive (DMU) IN 2016 and The Care Worker Of The Year Award (Ideal Care Homes) in 2018.


She enjoys working closely with the residents and their families, building meaningful relationships in order to provide the highest standard of care.
