At Bradley Hall there always seems to be a relaxed and happy atmosphere which is why we chose it for my father. He has settled in better than I ever thought possible which is due to the comfort, lovely food and the caring staff. With regards to the staff, some of these are outstanding in my opinion
- attentive, consistent and seem very happy in their work. This happy feeling permeates the whole home.

Bradley Hall is great! The staff have time not only for the residents but for their families too. We're always made welcome and they'll spend time with you if you need it. My husband is starting to settle and I do hope this can be his forever home. Thank you one and all.

When I first visited the home, I hadn't made an appointment, and I was greeted by the very friendly care manager who was willing to show me around. The staff that were on furty were all very friendly and welcoming.
When Mum moved in the following week, everyone was very welcoming and came and introduced
themselves to my sister, mum and me.
Since then, we have found Mum's needs well cared for. She is still settling in and getting to know the process, but we, as a family, have found that, so far, we have had a good experience.

I regularly visit Mum and I am always appreciative in the way that they care for Mum, today was no exception.
Arrived and Mum was being respectfully and carefully assisted out of her chair after watching and partaking in the afternoon entertainment.
Communal areas are as usual clean and tidy. Staff

Mum has only been here two weeks and everything I've seen and engaged with has been excellent. Both facilities and care are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although my mum still remembers her own home, I feel sure we have made the right decision in choosing Bradley Hall Care Home.

Mum has been in Bradley for about a year and a half after her Alzheimer's advanced so much she, heartbreakingly, cannot be at home. The warm, caring staff and general welcoming atmosphere in the home is lovely and we are very happy with the care she is getting. Staff and management are open to chat
about care and have really helped Mum feel at home.

Dad has been at this home now for over a year. I have been very happy with how Dad has been looked after and have never had any issues with anything. The staff are lovely and very friendly; they always make me feel welcome, and nothing is too much trouble when I need to ask for anything.

My nan has been a resident at Bradley Hall for a year now. She is settled and has made new friendships, which is very nice to see. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. We are able to visit Nan any time, as we did when she lived at home, and this is a great comfort to us. Thank you Bradley

My mum has been here since June 2021. My dad was also here. The care staff are excellent, they were amazing when my dad passed away. They care for my mum with lots of kindness and they are very observant of her. The in-house activities are good, there are lots for non-residents though and I would prefer
more for residents and more trips out, even just a drive out.
