My nan has been a resident at Bradley Hall for a year now. She is settled and has made new friendships, which is very nice to see. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. We are able to visit Nan any time, as we did when she lived at home, and this is a great comfort to us. Thank you Bradley Hall.
Thank you for your lovely review, it’s fantastic that your nan has settled in so well. You are always welcome to visit, this is your nan’s home and we are always happy to get the kettle on!
My mum has only been here a very short while, but since arriving here at Bradley Hall, the staff are all lovely. I've found nothing is too much trouble, just ask, and it's done. Everyone is friends, and she met a resident that made her day. She's slowly coming around to mix with others in the beautiful communal rooms. Bradley Hall is very clean. From the first initial tour, I would recommend it to anybody.
Thank you for sending in such a lovely review; we are so pleased that your mum is settling in well and making such good friends. Our range of communal rooms gives your mum options so she can choose to join in big groups or quieter smaller groups while she finds her feet. Thank you so much for your recommendation.
Bradley Hall care home has been an excellent care home. My dad settled very well and has continually been treated with respect, kindness and care. The members of staff have always informed us about how my dad is and made us feel so welcome. It feels like a big family. I can't praise the home and the staff enough.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are so pleased to hear that your dad has settled in well and we are very happy to welcome him (and you) into our Bradley Hall family!
Been here now for eight months. We found the staff were very helpful with any problems I had and have always been there to listen. Met some lovely residents here and I would not hesitate to put the home forward for other residents and families.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are so glad you’ve settled in so well and thank you for your recommendation.
I am extremely satisfied with the care and service given to my brother in the time he has been residing at this care home. We couldn't ask for more as we express our gratitude to the nursing team and staff.
Thank you for sending your review, we are so pleased you are happy with the care your brother receives and will pass your lovely comments to the team.
My dad has been at Bradley Hall Care Home since October 2022, originally he went in for respite due to my health issues. However, we have now made this permanent. He seems very settled and the staff are really good with him.
Thank you for taking the time to write a response. We are very pleased that your dad is settled and enjoying living with us in Bradley Hall and we hope you are feeling better.
Visiting my aunt for the first time, I found her to be happy and settled. The staff were welcoming and helpful to both us as visitors and to residents. A lovely, homely feel.
Thank you for your review, it is very important to us that this is our residents’ home and we are there to help them enjoy it and thrive, so we are very pleased to hear we have achieved a homely feel.
I continue to be completely satisfied with the treatment my wife receives at Bradley Hall. My opinions are shown below and also the care by the staff who I would commend without exception.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we will ensure your commendations are passed to the staff.
Dad came for respite care and was looked after very well. When it came to the decision to make it permanent it was very easy. He is treated with dignity and we are all made to feel like a member of the Bradley Hall Care Home family. Every member of staff is helpful. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for your kind words. We agree, Bradley Hall is very much a family, and as the loved one of a resident you are very definitely part of that family. We are glad the decision and process for your dad to stay with us permanently was an easy one and we hope he continues to be very happy with us.
The staff at Bradley Hall make it a home to be proud of. As a family and for my husband, we have received excellent care and full support, for which we are so grateful. Thank you.

I am very happy at Bradley Hall and I get along with all the staff and look forward to singing and performing for everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it’s wonderful that you can entertain your fellow residents. Hearing your fantastic singing has made us all smile so much, and we can’t wait for your next performance at The Bradley Inn! We feel very lucky to have you in our home, and we hope you continue to feel happy living with us.
My sister and her husband came to Bradley Hall at Christmas. I, myself, love the place. They have both settled quite well. My sister has found it hard, but at last, she has settled and is not saying she wants to stay. I am so pleased about that. The staff are wonderful. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your lovely review. We do all that we can to support our residents when the move in and we are so pleased that your sister is happy with us and we are sure she will continue to be happy and thrive at Bradley Hall.
On the whole. Dad has settled in well. The staff at the home are amazing and really caring towards residents. I feel that he is well cared for and seems to be happy. He does on occasion say he is bored and that he doesn't have enough to do. I feel that he could do with more stimulation. There was on occasion where Dad managed to leave the home alone. We were contacted immediately and he was found quickly up the road. The home are investigating and I feel confident that this was a one off occurrence.
Always a friendly atmosphere and my mother seems to be thriving since she came to Bradley Hall. Plenty for her to do and people to talk to.
Thank you so much for your review. We're so pleased that your mother is thriving and happy with the caring team at Bradley Hall. We hope she's having fun taking part in the varied activities in the home. We'll be sure to pass your message on to the team.
It was a difficult decision to transfer my father-in-law from his own home into Bradley Hall. The staff worked hard to make sure that the transition was managed as sensitively as possible. This greatly helped to manage our anxieties and concerns. From the time my father-in-law arrived at Bradley Hall, I have had no cause for concern. He is very happy and settled and speaks highly of all the staff involved in his care. I will not hesitate to recommend Bradley Hall to anyone considering a care facility for a loved one.
Thank you so much for this glowing review of Bradley Hall! We know hard it can be to make the decision to move into care, and it’s really gratifying to know that our lovely, hard-working staff could make that transition easier for yourself and your father-in-law. It’s lovely to hear he speaks so highly of them, and we will make sure that feedback is passed on.
My wife is in Bradley Care Home in Leicester. The treatment and care she receives for her illness and physical problems is first class. This is done in a very professional manner. The staff always greet me with a cheery manner and always ask about my welfare. I find this very gratifying. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In general, the standard of care is very good.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments for our team at Bradley Hall, at our excellent facilities. We’re extremely proud of our care team at the home, and their dedication to making our residents and their families feel safe and happy. It’s great to hear that you feel welcome when coming to visit your wife, and we hope she continues to enjoy her time living with us.
I always feel welcomed when I visit the home to see my father, no matter who opens the door for me. The staff are professional, caring and ensure my dad's needs are met. He even gets much needed hugs from staff too. My dad feels safe in the environment and is encouraged to eat, drink and participate. I do feel his room would benefit from a lick of paint. I would like to see more activities centred around the male residents- a games table, table tennis, air hockey or snooker. Maybe convert one of the lounges, it wouldn't look tacky, it's about enjoyment/fulfilment. The staff are quick to respond when my father is unwell and I am contacted immediately and feel supported through challenging times.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Our caring team at Bradley Hall will be so happy to hear that you always feel welcomed in the home and that your dad feels safe and cared for. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the décor and the activities in the home and we will be sure to discuss these suggestions with the team at Bradley Hall. Thank you again!
My husband has been in this exceptional place for nearly 2-months. It was the hardest decision I have ever had to make to pass the care of someone you love onto others. All I can say is my husband is happy and I could not ask for more. Beaumont has done everything it promised in the care of my husband and I know I have made the right decision even though I doubt myself most days.
Thank you so much for leaving this review and expressing your confidence in our staff. Our team are highly trained care professionals and always goes above and beyond to ensure our residents feel safe, secure and happy. It’s great to hear your husband is enjoying living with us, and that you are satisfied with his care. Thank you.
