Very good, helpful staff that are all happy to help with an excellent receptionist. The home is very clean with super hairdressers and good activities and lovely food. Mum is very happy here and has only good words to say about the staff.

As a retired care home manager, I was so impressed from start to finish when my Father in Law came to your home. The welcome by all staff made it feel home from home. The excellent care he is receiving has made it easier for us to accept he is in care. Above all, he is happy. The manager went above and beyond. Our heartfelt thanks.

Staff always went the extra mile to help, not only my uncle but all the residents. You were always greeted with a smile, even if your staff were having a bad day. They are and will be my extended family. The manager was always available if you had a problem and was sorted.

My uncle went into the home in January 2018. He was looked after well. All the staff are brilliant. They made you very welcome at all times. The home is bright and cheerful. Plenty of entertainment and activities and trips. The food is very good, with plenty of choices and they cater to all residents with eating problems, soft diets etc. We have just had our funeral tea there. It was perfect. I class the staff as my family and I love them all.

The home has a calm atmosphere from the minute you step through the door. Staff are lovely, helpful and professional, led by a great manager. They gave the 24-hour care Mum needed right to the end and for that, I can't praise them enough.

It's such a hard decision to have to put a member of family into a care home but the help from all staff at Beaumont Hall made the transition a lot easier, the staff couldn't be more helpful from our first point of contact with a lady who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful through to the carers who help my auntie in all her needs.
Thank you so much for your review of Beaumont Hall. We understand what an important decision choosing the right care home is and I am pleased to hear we were able to assist your auntie in taking this step. I shall ensure your kind comments are shared with the whole staff team.
I needed some respite care for my mum due to a family holiday and her recently fracturing her wrist. After visiting Beaumont Hall I knew it was the best place for her. It was so bright and spacious and everyone was so friendly. I arranged for mum to have 2 weeks while I was away for peace of mind for all the family and I would have no hesitation to book again if needed.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We are so pleased to hear we were able to offer peace of mind while your mum was living at Beaumont Hall and that you would consider our home again in the future. Your kind words mean a lot to us and we will be sure to pass them to the whole staff team.
Communication was excellent with family. Lots of activities to keep residents interested. Just a pleasure to deal with and such a relief to know my mother was well cared for and safe.
Would also like to say how helpful the staff in finance office have been. Managers and staff lovely.
My mother has been a resident for a number of years but recently her health declined and she was confined to bed. The care and concern shown to her by all the staff was exemplary and her last days were made as comfortable as possible.
It was reassuring for me to know that she was receiving such excellent care and I was kept informed of her state of health whenever necessary.
The fees are also very reasonable with many things, like chiropody and hairdressing, being included.
I would highly recommend Beaumont Hall to anyone whose relative needs to take the important, possibly distressing step, of going into care.

I was only here for a short respite period and did not need the full attention of the staff, but I found them all very kind and willing to help at all times.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I shall ensure that your kind comments are passed on to the whole staff team.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, supportive, kind and caring.
I would have liked my mum to play scrabble with someone.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our home and the Beaumont team. It is lovely to hear that your mum enjoyed her stay with us, and we are confident that should she stay at our home again, our Lifestyle Manager would be more than happy to arrange a few games of scrabble. We shall be sure to pass your comments regarding our home, care and staff on to the whole team.
He's made my day and will make my mum happy. Thank you.

We will be sure to pass on your comments and we do hope that your mother enjoys her DVDs!
Our dad was in the home from Oct 17-June 18. The carers always treated dad with love and respect and helped him keep his dignity. Dad had dementia and every member of staff at the home spoke to him and made him feel safe and happy. Dad was diagnosed with rectal cancer in January 18 and even though he needed more help and care, no one ever made a fuss and just cared for dad and helped to keep him clean and happy. Dad loved the singing, it was his favourite thing to do. Thank you to every member of staff.
Thank you so much for your kind review of Beaumont Hall - we are pleased that your dad felt safe and happy at our home, and enjoyed the activities, especially the singing. We pride ourselves on treating each resident with respect and dignity at all times and it is encouraging for our staff to receive such positive feedback. We will ensure that your comments are passed to the whole team.
