Friendly staff, clean, tidy and Covid secure. Engage Grandad in all activities. They have his best interests at heart.

Beaumont Hall is clean, bright and airy, the open layout means residents can wander freely from their rooms to several lounges to mix or eat together. The main doors out of the building are secure. The entertainment is very good and the staff were kind and treated my mum with dignity.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We promote inclusivity and freedom of choice at Beaumont Hall and it is so important to us that our residents have the independence to move around the home freely, be able to mix with other members of the Beaumont family and enjoy the...
My mother was extremely well looked after at Beaumont Hall, good surroundings, good food, helpful caring staff. Made the last 9 years of her life very happy and stress free ones. Thank you.

The home has moved through the covid crisis and has kept us up to date throughout. As we slowly move to less restrictions, the home is moving at the same rate and are always keeping the family up to date of the new procedures. I feel the receptionist has done a fabulous job of making family welcome, updated and always a friendly knowledgeable voice. Well done to the new management team and all the staff for your support, knowledge and assistance.

Only one area which could be improved, the laundry.
Thank you so much for reviewing our home. We appreciate your kind words and will make sure your comments are passed on to the whole staff team.
Very satisfied with the care provided for my mother over the last two and a half years. The last 12-months have been difficult with the pandemic restrictions, visits not allowed, so resident even more dependent on the care staff for support and care. I really appreciate the attention provided to my mum.

My father has lived here for almost four years. Staff have always behaved in a kind and respectful way towards him. Activities and when possible (pre-covid) outings are arranged to entertain and occupy residents. In-house activities at the moment are varied and suitable. The meals are of high quality and are varied, snacks and drinks are freely available. All areas are clean and welcoming. All staff take the time to greet, converse and interact with residents.

Amazing members of staff. Nothing too much trouble. Took amazing care of my mum over last few months until she went into hospital. Cannot express how grateful I am to everybody at Beaumont Hall who cared for my mum.

I would like to express my thanks, gratitude and admiration for the way Beaumont Hall and Ideal Carehomes have dealt with the Covid 19 situation. Of course lockdown has been difficult in that I cannot visit my father but I am confident that every measure has been taken to keep him safe. At the beginning of the Pandemic, I was assured by the managers that Ideal Carehomes had provided them with all the necessary PPE and I know the Front of House Manager has a very strict policy regarding essential supplies and visitors. I was told last week that all staff and residents had tested negative to the virus which is testimony to the policies in place. Thank you.

I have often arrived during the daytime and found it extremely difficult to get in. There is often no one on the desk or within sight of the door. I have to wait until a member of staff, usually a cleaner, to let me in. There is no visible bell to alert anyone. I also do not like using lifts and have to wait for a member of staff to let me through the door to the stairs.

My mum has been at Beaumont Hall for the past 3 years, having the experience for the past 20 years working with the elderly and 3 years working with special needs I knew this home was for mum. The carers are kind and have become special friends not just to mum but her family also. Staff are always ready to listen and provide help when needed. The home is always clean and warm reassurance that mum is safe means everything.

Overall this care home is a great home from home. Residents are able to move around as they please and are encouraged to partake in activities, hairdressers and chiropodist included in price.

Over the last year, myself and family, my three daughters and grandchildren, visit my wife regularly. We visit at different times of the day. We find the management and all carers are very pleasant and helpful and easy to talk to. Not forgetting the staff we don't see a lot of. The cleaners, the cooks and laundry etc. Overall the teamwork quite well (sometimes under difficult situations). Thank you.

Overall I am happy with the care given to my Mother. The standards have improved over the years and I feel she is cared for and treated with dignity of a high standard. Areas could be improved in cleanliness in Mother's room and food quality but overall care is very good.

Staff and facilities are excellent. Mum has settled in and appears happy. Have noticed that staff numbers appear reduced when I visited at the weekend. Don't think this is a one-off as my sister has also made similar comments.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. At Ideal Carehomes we pride ourselves on the exceptional standards of care we provide and it is important to us that our homes offer a higher staff to resident ratio than required to offer peace of mind to residents and their families. It is...
We have been visiting the home for 5 years. Starting with reception, always made to feel welcome. Staff most caring to all residents, but more than wonderful to my cousin who is wheelchair-bound. Nothing too much trouble and good atmosphere in the sitting area. Friendly, approachable staff, always impressed. Feel good, time for myself and husband. Always a joy to visit our cousin.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a thoughtful review of Beaumont Hall. Our care team will be very pleased to hear how happy you are with the quality of the care your Cousin receives. We will be sure to pass this message on.
Extremely good welfare and care for all residents. Staff all obliging with help and any problems.

A very well run, happy atmosphere, Mum really enjoys her time here. The family are very happy that Mum is being so well looked after, it does take a lot of worry off our minds.
