My dad was made very welcome right from the start. He settled in very quickly and the staff were very lovely. He always talked about how nice he was treated by them. He was only there for six weeks due to the nature of his condition, but was made comfortable right to the very end.

I encourage open communication, and I am always available to listen to residents’ concerns or suggestions.
