The entertainment provided is for all the residents regardless of their disability. Entertainment is sometimes provided by outside providers as well as in-house. On one of my visits last week, I walked into my husband's room and there was a Shetland pony! He was so overwhelmed emotionally.
There are regular meetings held for relatives with visiting speakers. I feel a great sense of relief knowing he is cared for 24 hours a day which I was unable to provide myself.
