Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

My father has been in Acacia Care Centre for over a year. I cannot fault the care and attention he gets. No matter what time I visit, he is always clean and well cared for. The staff are so attentive and helpful. The food looks amazing.

This facility is very well run, the staff are very pleasant and very efficient. The food is of a good standard, cleanliness and hygiene are excellent. My only comment would be that it is sometimes slightly understaffed at weekends. I would recommend this facility highly to anyone.

I usually visit unannounced but on each visit, I always found my father in good spirits, clean and well looked after. It is with much satisfaction that I would not hesitate to recommend the staff and management for the care and professionalism that is demonstrated at the above facility.
However, I was concerned about my mum and the nurse on duty was so helpful and resolved an outstanding request apparently since my mum moved in in August 2018 to contact wheelchair services to repair or change mum's wheelchair.
