The layout and facilities makes it feel different from the others. Staff are brilliant and always there to help where ever and whenever it's needed. The rooms are comfortable. Residents and visitors had excellent care and support from all staff, the staff took the time and trouble to find out residents interests and made her stay as comfortable as possible during her last hours. Staff were very caring ad supportive to her close friend.
