Overall good service, would like more contact from the home with updates on how she is and what she does with days, etc.
Really happy with the care my mother-in-law is receiving at Cherry Tree House the staff are very approachable and are always willing to help, the way she's settled is amazing and it really gives us peace of mind.
Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review. It is great to hear that your mother-in-law has settled at Cherry Tree House, the manager will share your review with the staff. Thank you again for taking the time to write this review.
The staff is excellent and very friendly, nice rooms - I think depending on who is on shift my grandad's support isn't always there 100% e.g. visits afternoon and still has cereal all over him sometimes as late as 3 pm, and he has a big fluffy sheet to direct to skin and not a bedding sheet (he gets sweaty with a fluffy sheet to the skin) also stoma bag can be full ready to burst but can be left.
First-class service. Thank you.
Thank you for your 5-star review. We are very pleased you are happy with the care your brother is receiving and our 5-star service.
Lovely home, like a little hotel, very good. When I tell people where my partner lives I am happy and wouldn't move her anywhere. She has settled well, I am happy with the staff and services. In general, I am very happy with the home.

My mum moved into Cherry Tree in Feb 2024. She was made to feel very welcome. Her room was changed straight away after a problem with the carpet. My mum has settled well. The staff on Romiley have been very caring and shown dignity and respect to my mum at all times. Very happy with everything. The admin team has been excellent with any queries I have had - The front-of-house staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Thank you for recognising how excellent the front of house and admin team are also. The manager will share this with the team and they will be delighted.

I have found all the staff to be friendly and courteous.
I have a lot of time for the staff because they have their hands full dealing with 18 people all with complex needs. I have seen the staff treat all the clients with kindness and patience. Bramhall Suite is always clean and tidy and the clients do seem happy.
Thank you everyone for all you do.
Thank you for your wonderful review. The home manager will share this with all the staff who will be delighted thank you.
Cherry Tree has been fantastic in caring for both my mum and dad. The staff got to know them both and seemed to care about them and their needs. All staff are caring, patient, and friendly with residents and family. It's a huge weight off my mind to know they are so well looked after.
Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review. The manager will be delighted and this will be shared with the team.
Too often in bed throughout the day. Mum enjoys listening and watching activities, residents could do with constant music or old films as they all sang along a couple of weeks ago. Not just our Mum. Making sure Mum gets to watch and listen to the live music that is on a different ward. She often seems very flat, but music gives her happiness. It's still a learning curve we hope gets better.
My sister has been at Cherry Tree for six years. Her well-being and care were second to none, but since Covid, things took a dramatic change - most of the problems were bank staff. When another manager came, things improved. We now have a new manager (permanent), and I have already seen some very good changes, which I feel more comfortable about my sister being there and looked after.
Our new home manager...
My mum was admitted to Cherry Tree House following a long hospital stay. Mum has sadly passed away but the care assistants and nurses were considerate and patient in the care they provided. At the end, the staff treated Mum with the utmost respect and dignity, they were compassionate, giving us an appropriate balance between privacy and support. We cannot thank the staff enough for everything that they did.
My mum came to Cherry Tree House Care Home following a hospital stay, the care home is really lovely and clean with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The staff are amazing and are so kind, caring and patient in looking after Mum and all the residents, they go above and beyond to help them and make sure they are happy. I have been so pleased with the care she has received. Mum has actually thought she has been staying in a hotel. A big thank you to you all, highly recommend.

Lovely room, took in pictures etc. to make it feel more homely. Staff, and I mean all, from the lovely cleaner, the ladies do an excellent job of keeping all his clothes and bedding pristine, all the carers, nurses and reception, just everyone. He says the food is very good and has plenty of cups o tea, in his words he's well cared for, warm and safe which gives me peace of mind.
We are very happy to hear that your friend feels well cared for, warm and safe.
Thank you again for taking the time to write your review, the staff will be delighted.
Good parking facilities, good security, spacious, homely living accommodation with en suite facilities.
Two rabbits as pets, great idea.
Our staff pride themselves on being professional at all times and know how important it is to communicate with families. The rabbits are great, and the families and residents love them.
Thank you again for your wonderful review.
