My mother moved here during lockdown in February 2021 and has been really well looked after ever since. Bridgedale is run and staffed by an absolutely amazing team. The care and attention my mother has received has been fantastic. The staff treat everyone with great patience and respect and are so friendly and happy to chat. The house is lovely and does feel like a private residence. It has extensive pretty gardens, a sunny terrace and plenty of comfortable quiet corners to sit in, including a conservatory. The whole place is spotless, I understand that the food is excellent and the residents have had an ever-increasing programme of activities to keep them occupied, including trips out to parks, cafés and even the occasional pub. I would heartily recommend Bridgedale to anyone taking the difficult decision to place their relative in a care home such as this. Thank you to the manager, one other staff member in particular and the team for looking after our mother so well.
