Our aunt is staying on Memory Lane. She’s well cared for and happy, which is most important. I would recommend the home after seeing my aunt so settled.

The move into Beaufort Grange was handled with care and sensitivity for both my husband and myself. The staff are attentive and compassionate, friendly and approachable and always ready to talk on the phone. My husband's medical needs are monitored carefully, and I am kept well informed. A positive but calm atmosphere.

The staff have been very kind and helpful in every way, putting any concerns I may have had to the back of my mind. They are very good at putting my mind at rest, concerning the problems with dementia, as things I thought abnormal are just the symptoms of dementia.
They always make us feel welcome when visit, and this puts us at ease.

My husband has now become more settled and calm.

My father has settled into Beaufort Grange very well. He has enjoyed the activities and the day trips. He has a good relationship with all the staff, who treat hi with dignity.
When we visit, we always receive a warm welcome from the lady on reception.
We are very grateful to Beaufort Grange for allowing Dad to have his piano here, which brings a lot of comfort.

Big thanks to all of them.

The activities in the home are fantastic, the staff are all very friendly. I spend time with my friend who is a resident in one of your homes. We love to use the bistro lounge where you can enjoy relaxing hot drinks and there are always some beautiful cakes or biscuits or fresh fruit available to us. We like to spend time in the sensory room too.

It's a really really big deal for Mum to spend time away from home, especially as she has been there and only there since her dementia became severe. I was a bit worried how she'd get on but I didn't need to be. The home is perfect. Everything feels cozy and familiar but also like a 4* hotel!
All the staff have been wonderful, kind, funny, gentle and diligent. (Especially one member of staff in particular).

If I had my wish she'd stay here forever but while other family members get used to it, this is just her holiday!
