My dad moved into Acer Lodge recently from another care home. He has settled in so well. He is eating and drinking so much better and is even back to walking with help from the ever-attentive team. The home is lovely, the attention to detail is second to none and such a homely place I couldn't wish
for better. My dad's room overlooks the canal and is a lovely peaceful place for him. We are so happy that he has made this move. His quality of life is so much better and as a family we are happy with the care given to him we don't need to worry so much.

It is Chris’ responsibility to lead Acer Lodge’s heart-centred care approach as well as the day-to-day running of the home.


Chris began his healthcare journey as a care assistant at a local nursing home, where his passion for helping others quickly became evident. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Clinical Development Lead, Promotions and Marketing Manager, and Registered Manager—a role he held for six years overseeing five homes in the North West.


With his wealth of experience, genuine compassion, and commitment to heart-centred care, Chris is well-equipped to lead Acer Lodge.
