My Father has been a resident of your care home since Dec 2023. Whilst the care he has received has been of the highest order imaginable, what we now realize in his last few days is how much more important has been his social interactions not just with other residents but the real loving caring attention he has enjoyed with every single member of your people team. He needed more people connection than he received at home; here he has thrived and enjoyed himself with so many activities as well within the amazing facilities here. We have also experienced how fantastic the food and restaurant service is here as we have had to stay during the last few days! I am so impressed with this place, its people, and the standards of care they provide! Thank you to all the team; you are great because you are all great!

Thank you so much for your review, which I will share with the staff. Your comments whilst staying here, about living the experience your Dad had lived since December 23 were very profound for all of us and how you experienced what he did. We will miss your Dad and all of his family. Thank you for...

Christmas activities were excellent. Think the residents had more going on in their home than the rest of us! The Elvis Tribute Xmas event was very entertaining, followed by a beautiful buffet. Well done to all the staff for making it such an enjoyable afternoon. Thanks to all the staff. They also did a charity coffee morning fundraising in November, the staff were amazing at cooking cakes to sell.

My mother has always been around family so took her some time to settle however the staff had been very patient and kind towards her. I, personally, have had no issues with my mother being here, we have only decided to take her out to be around her family again and we have put into place a care plan however if things did not work out, I would be more than happy to have her back at Beaumont Manor.

My mum had been ill. The nurse and senior carer, who are fantastic, professional, loving and caring towards every resident in the care home, they are also always there for residents' families in need of advice.

Paramedics were called for Mum, also great people, I didn't want Mum to go into hospital and the nurse and senior carer said Mum could be cared for there without going into hospital. The care Mum received was far and beyond their remit. Mum recovered fast with the love and care of the home. The manager runs a tight ship, superstar.

Thank you to all of the staff at Beaumont Manor. Although I was unwell and could not see my mum at Christmas, I know that she was very well looked after and felt very special.
When I spoke to my mum on Christmas Day via video call, a member of staff and Father Christmas were with her, along with my sister. I know that Mum was in good hands; actually, her Christmas was way better than mine because I had Covid and I didn’t want to pass any of my germs on to her.
I want to thank all of the staff and the manager too because the build-up to Christmas at Beaumont Manor was special. I was able to be with my mum up until the 17th of December and it was a wonderful experience for her.

I am so pleased that Mum feels settled in Beaumont Manor and I would recommend the home to any prospective new people because the staff are so very caring, supportive, friendly and wonderful. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart for all of your hard work, love and dedication, it means so very much to me and to our family.

My mother has been a resident at Beaumont Manor for over six years now and receives the best attention at all times.
I spent Christmas Day with her this year and we had a wonderful time. Mum has dementia and the staff went above and beyond to cater for both of us. Tables were set and beautifully decorated in the lounge and they had even found Christmas music from the 40s and 50s to play. The meal was delicious and Mum ate really well.

I would like to thank all the staff for making the day special, especially those who gave up their own Christmas Day to be with us. You are all much appreciated, not just on Christmas Day but every day. Thank you.

Booked the private family room for an early birthday and Christmas celebration for my mum. The staff had decorated the room beautifully for Christmas and also ensured it was warm and welcoming.
The hot and cold buffet provided by the kitchen staff was superb and enjoyed by all seventeen family members. The staff checked we were happy and had everything we needed.

A big ‘thank you’ to all at Beaumont for your ongoing care of Mum and for making this day very special for the whole family.

I would like to thank Beaumont Manor Care Home for allowing our family to use the 'family room' for a very special birthday celebration for my mum. All the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were able to use the wonderful facilities available i.e kitchen, garden and comfortable family room. The staff were so friendly, a special thank you to a particular member of staff who was on hand for any questions and even took the time to take a family photo. My mum has had a wonderful day and we will have a special memory too! Thank you, Beaumont Manor.

We shared a family birthday celebration for a resident's 85th birthday. We booked the family room which enabled us to congregate as a family of approximately 30 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We had a wonderful afternoon in the room and the children in the garden made such special memories! Thanks to the staff for their care and help on this special day.

As the daughter of a resident, I organised a 90th birthday party in one of the private rooms at Beaumont Manor Care Home. On arrival the room had been set up beautifully and just as I had requested. The catering was excellent with fantastic buffet style food, again exactly as I had ordered. I was constantly asked if there was anything else we needed and the receptionist was in constant contact with me. She had ideas which helped such as signs to point guests in the correct location and helped with signing them in. I really could not fault the service, attention and wonderful food. Thank you so much for making my mother's day one to remember for her and her family.

Having dropped a mint on the floor on Wednesday, they were still there on Saturday. Where was the cleaning of the room? Still a hole in the wall! I do not think the room was cleaned. Rubbish around the bin.

Encourage her to participate more. On Saturday the 1st we requested the care staff get or encourage my niece to start working, her leg does not look good.

Coming to see Nan at Beaumont Manor is always such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and we can tell how much they care about Nan. They go above and beyond for her and her family. It was my nans birthday on the May Bank Holiday and the home allowed us to use a private room to throw her a party. They even prepared food, drinks and a cake for us and organised a singer to come in. Nan and the whole family had a great time. Beaumont Manor made it an extremely special and memorable day.
