It was my nan's birthday and Beaumont Manor has gone above and beyond to make our family feel special and make our nan's birthday amazing. We had a room to ourselves with beautiful food laid out for us and a lovely cake made. We couldn't be happier and more grateful for all the care and love they show to my nan and our whole family.
Thank you for your review. I am glad you had a great time, please let us know if you want to organise any future parties. It is so lovely to see all the family getting together.
I came over from America for my niece's wedding. My mum was able to come to the wedding with the help of an amazing care lady. She had a fantastic time and was talking about it for days! Thank you for the fantastic support!
My daughter and I came in to visit Mum several times. She is very happy at Beaumont. The manager organised us to come and have a meal with her while we were here. They set up the private dining room for us so beautifully, and even included a bottle of wine! The meal was outstanding and we would both like to thank everyone involved in making it special for us all. After the meal we came back into the Piazza and they were having a cheese and wine tasting.
The entertainment that they provide along with the way everyone engages the residents is remarkable and a true credit to Beaumont Manor. Thank you for all you do to not only support and look after Mum but everyone there. You are all amazing!
Thank you so much for your review. We were so privileged to be able to facilitate the support for the wedding and due to you living so far away, we were so pleased you took us up on our offer of having lunch with your mum. It was so brilliant to meet you all and please let us know when you are visiting the UK again. Kind regards.
Had a lovely afternoon in the fine dining area for Mum's 81st birthday. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Thank you to one member of staff in particular and the team for the lovely spread. As always the staff were lovely.
I am so glad the party went well and you enjoyed your celebration. Please let us know if you wish to have any celebrations in the future. We pride ourselves at the home to accommodate as many family parties/get-togethers as we can. Kind regards.
A fantastic family occasion, catering very good and attentive service. Saw the home for the first time, it's so lovely. Attention to detail and a friendly atmosphere.
I am so glad the party went well and you enjoyed your celebration. Please let us know if you wish to have any celebrations in the future. we pride ourselves at the home to accommodate as many family parties/get-togethers as we can. Kind regards.
The birthday tea was extremely nice. The room was well-organised and the staff was very pleasant.
I am so glad the party went well and you enjoyed your celebration. Please let us know if you wish to have any celebrations in the future. We pride ourselves at the home to accommodate as many family parties/get-togethers as we can. Kind regards.
My dad considers this to be fully his home and the staff to be part of our extended family. He adores all of his ladies at Beaumont Manor and always has wonderful stories to tell me. As a daughter, I have received so much support from everyone and always have someone to talk to. The team at Beaumont Manor work exactly as that, a team. Everyone knows everyone and because of this the care and overall environment are perfect.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so privileged to provide support to your Dad and to you. We pass all our reviews on to our staff and thank you for such a wonderful review that will make them all smile.
Thank you so much to the staff at Beaumont Manor for hosting and catering my parent's 60th wedding anniversary celebration. They ensured my dad was up in time and the food was excellent, even a homemade cake! They let me decorate the private dining room the day before and it meant that things went so smoothly. The staff can't do enough for you and they take really good care of my dad and treat him as a person. I'm so glad he's living there and has more quality of life again.
Thank you so much for your review. We were delighted to host your parent's special day and so excited seeing their card from King Charles and the Queen Consort. I am so glad you had the best of times. Please do not hesitate if you want to arrange another party. Kind regards.
With thanks to the manager and her great team. A great Mother's Day celebration was enjoyed by residents, families, visitors and also the staff. The singer (now familiar with the home) created a wonderful party atmosphere with willing help from the staff. The time flew by. It was smashing to see so many happy smiling faces, keep it up.
Thank you for your review. What a day, really amazing atmosphere, great food and fantastic company. A very special day. Thank you for joining us.
The staff at Beaumont Manor could not have been more reassuring and welcoming. They explained everything to us really clearly. This eased our worries.
On the day of the visit, everything went so well. All the staff were kind, helpful, friendly and caring. The whole experience was amazing. The home was clean and modern but homely. They took care of mum by bathing and feeding her. I know if she goes back, she will be safe and well looked after. I know I can trust Beaumont Manor to provide excellent care.
Thank you for taking the opportunity to experience our free taster day. We look forward to seeing your mum soon for her respite stay
My dear mum recently passed away, after having spent the last five years of her life at Beaumont Manor. She loved living there and absolutely adored the staff. The carers, nurses, housekeepers and the manager are all such wonderful, caring people. Who looked after Mum with such dignity and respect, and I cannot imagine another home that could have done any more for her. I will always have huge respect and love for everyone at Beaumont Manor who did an amazing job of caring for the most special person in my life.
We will always miss your mum, an inspirational lady who will be so sadly missed. Thank you for always being here and supporting our care staff to support your mum. Please keep in touch and please let us know how you are as we will miss you too. Kind regards, Kate.
My cousin was receiving end-of-life care and the staff were so gentle and caring with her, it was a privilege to watch how they work so kindly and efficiently - to be a nurse or carer is these circumstances really is a calling! They also welcomed me as her family member, nothing was too much trouble, providing a comfy bed, copious teas and coffees and delicious meals - also answered all my questions honestly! I cannot recommend Beaumont Manor Care Home highly enough!
Thank you for coming in and supporting the staff to care for your loved one. Your presence has been a comfort not only for your aunt but to the care staff too. I hope that we can share a bacon sandwich and cup of coffee soon. Kind regards, Kate.
My aunt has been a resident for some years now and has been exceedingly happy and content in her new home. To celebrate her birthday recently, we took advantage of the fine dining room so a number of us could be there with her. As always, the staff couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. The net result was yet another fabulous day for my aunt at Beaumont Manor. I cannot think of a better place that she would rather be living, or be cared for so lovingly by all staff at the home.
Thank you so much for your review. Our fine dining area is such an asset, as we have had so many family reunions in the last 6 months which has been so lovely to see after the previous restrictions that COVID gave us all. We are so glad you had the best of times. Please feel free at any time to book again and we hope to see you all soon.
Mum has been in Beaumont Manor since February 2021. I think every care home has struggled in the Covid era but the new manager has done a fantastic job in working relentlessly to maintain and improve the quality at the home. Mum's south-facing room is lovely overlooking the gardens which are well maintained. Under the new manager, the quality of consistent care continues to improve with the successful recruitment of permanent staff. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone. Everybody is lovely.
Thank you for your review of the home. We share all reviews with our staff team. Thank you for taking the time to complete this.
Therefore my family appreciate the excellent way I am looked after. With grateful thanks.
Thank you for your kind review and all you do for the other residents who live in the home. Your book club, your support to residents who want a cup of tea and everything you do to help us all. Thank you.
My mother in law recently went to Beaumont Manor for respite. As a family, we were so happy with the care and kindness that all the staff provided, that it was decided to make it her full time home. The manager has been a fantastic support to us and we cannot praise her enough. The wonderful staff and the fantastic amenities make this a perfect place for her. She is always happy and dancing. She settled so fast and has made new friends. The staff are so caring and cannot do enough for everyone.
Thank you for your kind review. We are so your loved one has settled so well into our home.
My mum has been in the home for 6 weeks now, she has settled in very well, she has made friends with some of the other residents and enjoys all the activities, day trips, singing and dancing, bingo, going to the hairdressers to name but a few. The staff are great, they keep us up to date with how mum is doing.
Thank you for your kind review. We are so pleased your Mum has settled in our home and everything has turned out well for your family.
I cannot fault anyone or anything within Beaumont. I appreciate every person from the top to the bottom of Beaumont staff - tip-top, first-class in each and every department, always ready to help, always very understanding with helpf and advice. Amazing people whom I cannot thank enough.
Thank you so much for your review - we really appreciate you taking the time to feedback on the service. We will ensure the staff receive the feedback as this is always welcomed. We hope your loved one continues to enjoy Beaumont.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the manager and her wonderful home for the respect for my grandma's funeral send-off ie, the staff seeing my grandma off, who was a resident, plus the wake at the home with the manager and staff popping in to check on us, as a family, and doing a brilliant job of looking after my auntie and supporting her as she couldn't get to the funeral. The home is brilliant, and I 100-per cent say if you or a relative move in, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you so much for your review. We think about you often. Please don't hesitate in contacting us if you need us.
My mother has been a resident of Beaumont Manor for over a year, and she was looking forward to our daughter's wedding in May. Unfortunately, three weeks before the wedding, my mother's health deteriorated, and we were unsure whether she would be able to attend. The home manager's positive attitude and organisation of staff were remarkable. In readiness for the big day, the home staff made sure Mum's hair, nails and outfit were perfect. Then two wonderful members of staff drove Mum for over two hours to the venue. Their support, help and care were much appreciated. In the evening, they drove her back to Beaumont Manor. We could not ask for better care. Thank you for making my mum's dream come true!
Hi Lynda, thank you so much. This review is bitter-sweet as we were so happy a few weeks ago when her dream came true, and I am so glad she was able to attend the wedding before she passed away. Your Mum was an amazing lady, and thank you for letting us support her; it has been a privilege to know and support her. Our thoughts and love are with you all at this time.
I have lived at Beaumont Manor for 14-months, and I can honestly say I love it here. The staff are amazing, so caring. The food is really nice, I am a very picky eater, but I would recommend 9 out of 10 meals. I was chatting to a member of staff about how I would love to go to the cinema, a week later I was told that I would be taken to see the film. It was amazing.
Melanie, I am so glad you love living at the home, and how you enjoy the food. I look forward to hearing all about your next outing on the 31/5/22. If you want to go anywhere, just ask, and we can arrange this for you.
