Overall Experience
Very poor care , my mum was in the care home for some rehab for 2/52 and she wasn't mobile, full hoist following a fall. She has developed a grade 3 pressure ulcer to her heal. I asked them to put mum on a repositioning chart when she arrived at the care home and they said there wasn't a requirement for this, on my understanding when somebody is immobile and can't relieve there own pressure areas this is a must!!
