When the time came that my Mum needed to move into a residential setting it was a very hard decision for myself, my Dad and my sisters. We actually dreaded how Mum would react but thanks to all the help and support we have had from all the staff at Birch Park, the transition was made easier for all of us. Mum has a beautiful room with ensuite and she is happy, making new friends. It is a lovely home and we couldn't wish for anywhere better. Thanks to everyone at Birch Park.
