My friend has recently moved into the new Caldwell Grange. The home, quite frankly, dispels every myth around care homes. It's clean, bright, airy, spacious. Most of all the carers are simply wonderful, the food is good home cooking all made with residents in mind. its a pleasure to see my friend
enjoying the tea room and lovely open courtyard, laughing with his new friends - residents and carers alike !

My Uncle has recently moved back to Caldwell Grange after the refurbishment. I cannot fault anything from the rooms, facilities and staff. All staff treat both residents and visitors with dignity, kindness and are very thoughtful. I cannot give enough praise and would definitely recommend.

I cannot find any faults - my brother is extremely well cared for. His every need is attended to. He is very very happy at Caldwell Grange. I, myself am also extremely very happy with his care and the home itself, the staff are very good. I cannot praise everyone enough. The home itself is absolutely

Hayley Ford

Job Title: Home Manager

Joined: 2005

I have been involved in care since the age of 16. My career began right here at Caldwell Grange in 1983, where I worked until I was 21, leaving briefly after the birth of my first son. I continued my journey in the care sector, supporting both elderly individuals and those with learning disabilities throughout the district.


I dedicated 33 years to Warwickshire County Council until the homes were transferred to Runwood Homes in 2013. For the past 20 years, I’ve proudly served as the Manager at Orchard Blythe, part of the Runwood Homes group. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring our residents are at the heart of everything we do.


I have consistently worked hard to achieve strong CQC outcomes. At our last inspection, we were rated ‘Good’ in four areas and received an ‘Outstanding’ in Well-Led, something I am incredibly proud of. My goal at Caldwell Grange and The Lodge is to maintain or even exceed these standards.


On a personal note, I have two grown-up children. My son, now 37, is a Sergeant in the Royal Marines and has served since the age of 18. My daughter, aged 33, is a Team Leader at a fibre optics company. I am also a proud grandparent to two grandchildren, aged 12 and 5.

Hello, I’m Jenny. I'm the Deputy Manager at Caldwell Grange. I’ve been part of this wonderful team for 7 years, and every day brings new and rewarding experiences. I take pride in supporting our residents and their families, and I truly enjoy sharing fun and meaningful moments with the residents.


I hold Level 2 and Level 3 NVQs, which have equipped me with the skills to provide the best care and leadership possible. Working here is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a positive impact in a friendly and vibrant environment.


Outside of work, I’m a food enthusiast who loves exploring new flavours. I also enjoy outdoor adventures, including walking my dog, downhill mountain biking, and camping. These activities keep me grounded and energised, ready to take on whatever each day brings.

Before my work in the care industry, I was a foster carer, a role that shaped my commitment to nurturing meaningful connections and providing compassionate support. Outside of work, I cherish time with my family and my four delightful Chihuahuas, who keep life lively and full of joy.

Outside of work, I’m all about staying active and cherishing time with my child and family. Baking delicious treats is one of my favourite pastimes, especially when I can share them with loved ones.


Life is all about creating happy memories, and I’m grateful to be a part of that journey at Caldwell Grange and at home.
