All of the staff at Pembroke House have been amazing in helping the whole family feel welcome and in giving my husband the best care possible.
We all feel my husband is safe, valued and respected and it has given us peace of mind and support at a time when we are coming to terms with my husband's changing
health needs.

I have visited my brother three times. The first time he was asleep initially when I went in, so I was given a tour of Pembroke House. I was impressed by the quality of the facilities and by the knowledgeable and caring staff. My second visit confirmed this view. Today when I saw my brother he recognised
us and said- "You don't want to end up in a home but if you do this is the place to be. The staff are lovely." It was very heartwarming to hear this after some very challenging times for him and his family.

All members of staff are excellent and have been unbelievable with their care and attention to my wife who has settled in well. I cannot stress enough how superb Pembroke House is.
