Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Mum initially went into Chapter House for respite care and continued into residential care. Having looked at other homes Chapter House stood out as feeling the most homely and having the most modern facilities and decor. The staff help create a friendly and positive atmosphere, making it a pleasure to visit. The carers are motivated and dedicated. Mum quickly felt at home and loves being close to the Minister, hearing the bells and enjoys looking at the Beverley photos around the home. She enjoys the food and eats well. The bistro and garden are very nice areas to meet visitors. Being so close to town is also a big plus. Mum is very happy here which gives me and the rest of the family peace of mind. Many thanks to Matt and the rest of the staff!

From the first day in February 2024 when my mum (91 year old) moved into Chapter House it become her home. From the receptionists, manager, care givers, activity coordinators to her fellow residents, mum feels welcome and cared for. My family and mum's friends have visited the bistro frequently....

All the staff have been knowledgeable of his care needs and have encouraged him to progress and improve his mobility which was very poor on arrival. He is happy in his surroundings and the supportive staff have helped with this. All his daily needs have been catered for and the food supplied has been good, helping him to build strength and mobility. The atmosphere encouraged by management is one of treating each person as an individual identifying their needs and providing the best possible care.

As Home Manager at Chapter House, I bring around 18 years of experience in health and social care, having worked my way up from Care Assistant to Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and now Home Manager.
Having been part of the Chapter House team for the past two years, I was delighted to have the opportunity to progress into my current role at a home I care so passionately about. I believe compassion and a genuine commitment to helping residents live fulfilling, happy lives are essential qualities in my role.
As a people person, my favourite part of each day is spending time with our residents and colleagues, building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference to those around me. Becoming Home Manager at Chapter House has been my proudest career achievement to date, and I take great pride in ensuring that every resident receives the individual care and support they need. Above all, I want our residents to feel comfortable, valued and confident that they can come to me for anything.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring beautiful heritage estates on days out.
