A beautiful care home in an excellent location. All staff are attentive, highly trained and approachable. My dad settled very quickly and is in safe hands at Chapter House. I look forward to the better weather when we can make use of the beautiful gardens.

My mother has dementia and was admitted to the Chapter House approximately three months ago. I have waited to give a review because it is more accurate when the resident has settled in. When I visited her today she said she had a lot of friends and she loves the staff. She went on to say she enjoys
being cared for so well. This made my year! She does not fling praise and compliments out without very good cause so I am certain that what she says is true. It definitely does take time to settle in but, in my opinion, a few weeks after moving you will see how happy your loved one is.
This care home is unusually gorgeous in terms of decor, furnishings etc. but it is not at the expense of good basic care needs. Every time I visit I enjoy the experience myself. There are a lot of activities provided and something for everyone. The manager and the nurse are always available for any concerns. If you’re a relative considering The Chapter House I would say, go for it.

We are very pleased with the efforts of management and staff helping our relative to settle in at Chapter House. They provide help and encouragement on a daily basis, as a result of this our relative is beginning to participate in some of the activities they offer.

The experience I had when visiting Chapter House last week was reassuring, upon completing the RESPECT form for my family member. The team concerned took their time and explained the requirements fully.
Later that staff took time to outline the activity my family member took part in and it's lovely
to see the care and time staff (all staff: carers/management/cleaners/reception/caterers) take with residents.

Really impressed with everything relating to this care home. Excellent modern rooms. plenty of facilities. Love the fact that a set of rooms have their own individual lounge and in some cases a small kitchen. Option of a cinema room and activities to be taken by residents. Staff all seem very professional,
caring and attentive. I would be happy to recommend 'Chapter House' in Beverley to anyone and would even go there myself if conditions dictated in the future!

Absolutely amazing place. Staff are fantastic; very caring and helpful. My aunty is in her 80's and spent most of her life in a convent as a nun. This is a new world to her and she loves it. We are very pleased she's here and knowing she's well looked after.

|My 88 year old friend has been a 'residential' resident since the 25th of March 2023 and she is happy and content most of the time. She agrees she is safe and secure and that the carers are friendly and helpful and that the food quality and choices are good. The amount and choices of activities is
very good. Apart from mealtimes, it is comforting to know that visitors can visit anytime and be made welcome by staff. It's nice to know it's no problem to the care home if a friend or relative wishes to share a meal with the resident, which is taken in the pleasant bistro, which is separate from the main dining room.

Mum's been a resident since the end of December 2022 and loves it here. Recently her care needs have changed and the compassion, sensitivity and professionalism of all the staff has been superb. Dignity and respect have been at the forefront of any decision-making. There's a real community spirit amongst
the residents and staff, which has enabled Mum to flourish at what could have been a particularly difficult time.

Our dear loved one has been in Chapter House since December 2022, and the care that she has received is exceptional. The staff are patient, kind and considerate of all her needs and nothing is too much trouble This care and consideration is also received by us as a family, she will soon be moving rooms
into another part of the home, but we have been asked, shown everything before a final decision was made. I truly believe that she's so happy living here, as she describes it 'It's like being on my holiday.'.

Beautiful care home. Attention to detail to ensure it feels like a home from home. My grandad is very impressed with all the meals. Plenty of activities if he wishes to join in. The staff are extremely helpful and caring and can't do enough to help!

From our first contact with Chapter House Care Home, we have had nothing but praise for every aspect of the care given. Always available, always welcoming and always only too willing to help with any questions. It is still early days, but the person we have in the home is very happy and enjoying all

After a respite stay, deteriorating health and a number of hospital admissions as a result of longstanding illness, Mum became a resident at the start of 2023. It was a steep learning curve for everyone, but any issues were swiftly addressed and good relationships developed. With a move to the dementia
floor being necessary, the information flow and understanding of Mum’s specific needs have increased. All staff are approachable, from reception to domestics, kitchen, admin, maintenance, entertainment, management and caring staff. We don’t live locally, which makes effective communication even more important. I feel Mum has well identified needs, has been well cared for and is in the best place for her.

Visited on my mother's birthday. The staff were all relaxed, and smiley and had made a great fuss of Mum, decorating her room etc.
My experiences with Chapter House have been very positive and great efforts made to make the facility as homely as possible.

We were delighted to see our sister had settled in so quickly, thanks to all the staff for their kindness and instant attention to her needs. Her room in the quiet part was very comfortable and clean and she is able to work quietly with her hobbies and she has a lovely view of the garden. Sister says
the meals are wonderful and there is always plenty and nicely served. I noticed the care given to som of the frail members was so gentle and considerate which creates a lovely atmosphere.

I have made several afternoon visits to my friend over the last month. I have been impressed by all the staff with whom I have come into contact with by their friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness. The facilities are excellent and the extensive gardens are delightful.

Mum came for some respite care, she was treated with respect. Her room was lovely, light, airy and very clean. The food and drink was of a very high standard. The facilities and activities are very good. Mum enjoyed joining in. Overall her care was excellent.

We visit on a regular basis and always find a friendly atmosphere prevailing. All the staff are very approachable and welcoming to visitors and show much kindness to the residents. It is very obvious that a great deal of thought has gone into the design and infrastructure, with its different sitting

I made arrangements for my husband to go into Chapter House post-op for a week of respite. Being a typical male, he was not looking forward to his stay, but the care, friendliness and comfort of Chapter House made him feel relaxed and recover from surgery. He has made frequent reference to the food,
which he has really enjoyed. Should I need to use respite care again, I would use Chapter House, an asset to Beverley.
