Chesford Grange offers a range of tailored care packages for those looking for nursing, respite and palliative care.

This purpose-built modern home provides relaxing social areas and large landscaped gardens. Bedrooms are fitted with a TV and 24-hour nurse call system. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and a laundry service is provided. Residents are able to personalise rooms with personal items.

Fresh homemade food is served every day, and residents can enjoy healthy snacks, homemade biscuits and cake, tea and coffee, smoothies and juices throughout the day.

Residents can engage in a variety of stimulating activities at the home, alongside regular organised outings and trips as well as entertainment and events.

We came on 'Beach Day', the singer was on and all the residents were outside. They had all families here. The staff were very attentive and caring. We had burgers and a buffet given the beach party, it was great and the staff went the extra mile to make it enjoyable.

My dad came into Chesford Grange Care Home in April 2023. I can honestly state he is so happy here and the family are very pleased with all staff and the care my dad receives. He is always clean, tidy and well-fed. Staff have formed a lovely bond and myself and sister feel happy and relaxed that our
dad is happy.

I have found that my hubby is looked after extremely well. His speech is not very good at the moment but staff have lots of patience understanding him. The food is great and he enjoys it. Dad's very happy and is looking very well but this is only due to the attention given by the care staff and the food cooked that is always good to not only look at but good to eat.

Although we got off to an uncertain start (due to Mum's illness), the staff have been fabulous in doing their best to look after Mum. Additional support has been provided for her so we can rest assured that her needs are being met. She is safe and comfortable. The home itself is beautiful, very modern
and luxurious. Activities are put on for those who are capable of enjoying them - residents are very well cared for. The food always looks and smells lovely, even though Mum, unfortunately, can't enjoy it - but tea/snacks are always available. Staff are lovely and friendly and Mum's room is like a posh hotel room! Very much appreciated - thanks so much.

Very impressed and pleased with the standard of care and nursing given to my dad at the Chesford Grange Care Home. Very caring nurses and caregivers that really have my dad's interests at heart. My aunt moved into Chesford Grange Care Home in May 2022 after suffering a period of severe pain. The deputy manager and the staff have been very patient and caring and have done their utmost to keep her happy. With their care and attention, she is almost pain-free and is much more comfortable. It was
difficult during the period of renovation and intake of new residents and my aunt became quite stressed but is much more settled now and the new manager is making positive changes. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful, special mention to one member of staff who my aunt loves as she often makes a fuss of her. I have witnessed the high standard of care given to the more poorly residents and am reassured that should my aunt become more infirm she will be well looked after. I believe there was a Halloween party today which I am sure they all enjoyed.

The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebration was very good. A lot of effort had been put into decorating the lounge and preparation of the food. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The staff here are excellent, not only for my nan but also for all of the family, especially during the difficult transition. Staff often cannot do enough for Nan and us which we will be forever grateful for. After searching a whole host of nursing homes, Chesford Grange Care Home cannot be beaten!
The home is always clean, the food is always brilliant and extra care is always arranged if needed.
Overall, we have the utmost trust in Chesford Grange's staff and cannot recommend Chesford Grange enough!
