Thank you so much for your review. The Jubilee celebrations were made extra special by your son who was amazing, not just for his musical talent but also for his kindness. We all enjoyed his performance and still talk about it now when we see the photos. Thank you for your review; it's always much appreciated when people take the time to let us know how we are doing. Your mum has been with us for nearly two months now and we have got to know her well so that we can anticipate her needs and help her to feel cared for. I believe that your mum is much more settled now and she seems to enjoy the company of the staff looking after her.

I really appreciate the effort you made to write a review for us. Your father-in-law was here for only a short period of time but he made a huge impression on us all. It was a privilege to care for him in the last week of his life. We still expect to see him with his pipe in his hand grinning from ear to ear underneath his woolly hat. We will not forget him as he will have a place in our memorial garden.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this because since your lovely review your dad has sadly passed away. Knowing what he did to help care for your mum and to rejuvenate the greenhouse at the previous home, it was wonderful to have the chance to care for him in return for his kindness. I only wish we could have had a little longer with him but he was always determined to have the last word and he is at peace now. We will remember him fondly and plan to have a special plaque made in his memory which we will place in our memorial garden here at Chesford.

We fully understand the difficulties faced by families when they have to rely on care services to look after their loved ones as it can be quite a stressful experience, which is why we try to do all we can to alleviate that stress and instil confidence in those, who put their trust in us. I will share your review with the team and especially the Deputy Manager who I know you had the most contact with and who was a central figure in your dad's care.
