Since coming to Dovecote Aspire Health and Care, my life has completely changed for the better. From my very first day - which was also my 18th birthday - I was welcomed with kindness, care, and genuine support. I've now been here for 8 months, which is the longest I've stayed settled in a long time.
Before moving here, I moved around a lot and never truly felt secure or stable. Since coming to Dovecote Aspire, that has completely changed. For the first time, I feel safe, settled, and truly at home. I finally feel like I belong somewhere.
The staff, management, and admin team are all incredibly supportive, caring, and approachable. Everyone goes above and beyond for us and always makes time. The support staff are amazing and engage so well with us. The team leaders are helpful, understanding, and always supportive. Management always makes time to talk, socialise, and support us, with an open-door policy that makes such a difference.
I'm beyond grateful for the care!
Aspire Health and Care Dovecote has been such a positive place for my cousin. The staff show so much kindness, patience, and understanding, and it really makes a difference. Since being here, my cousin's independence skills have grown noticeably, which has been wonderful to see. I'm genuinely grateful for the care and encouragement they provide every day.
My son is a resident of Dovecote care home Beeston, and he's never been so happy since he's been here. The staff are wonderful and treat all the residents the same, take care of all their needs and teach them independence. A1 service thank you .
Thank you very much for the review. We ensure that all of our clients are treated the same and that they are all treated with dignity and respect at all times. We prompt independence within the service, to ensure the clients are achieving their full potential.
I was a resident at a previous care home for 7 years and lived in Dovecote House for just over 4. The support I had was very satisfying and through their care. I am able to do everyday tasks today in supported living with no problem. The activities were great. There was such a strong bond between the staff and residents. Been bit of a foodie I used to enjoy cooking assessments with staff and sometimes other residents would help even though there was a router. Dovecote House in Beeston has a beautiful location with nice high street, a gym and places for coffee and a cinema where me and a friend spent most of our time. I can't thank the staff and Dovecote enough.
I like staying at Dovecote because staff are friendly to me and others and they are respectful and treat us as individuals. They also, cook us dinner daily which is nice of them, and I appreciate them doing that because they don't have to but they do it from the goodness of their heart!
Thank you so much for the review. I am pleased that you are happy with your placement at Dovecote.
I am a former resident at dovecotes and am very pleased with the care I am receiving and have all the support I need. I will be only here for a short time and hope fully will do well with the care I am offered and receiving thanks for your time and effort on your experience with caring for me.
I can honestly say that I find the staff at Dovecote to be very professional, caring and always keen to help. I know that their manager went beyond her call of duty by providing an extension of stay to my client so that social services could find him a relevant placement for his complex needs. There is always a nice welcome from staff and the residents appreciate the help they are getting. I would not hesitate to place a client there as I know that they will be given holistic support in a therapeutic environment with very skilled staff. I have not found any issues with communication as any concerns or care plans are thoroughly discussed with all parties concerned.
The location of the home is very good - a quiet residential area. The facilities are good but the size of the room is relatively small.
Thank you again for taking the time to submit this review.
