Overall Experience
Our son has been living at Elizabeth house for just over a year now. He has settled really well and the staff have a great understanding of his care needs. He is able to access the community while being supported by staff which is wonderful for him. He has been on many days out and also a wonderful holiday to Disney in Paris. He has upcoming holidays for this year.
The communication between the home and ourselves is amazing, we get a daily update via Teams and we can send messages to them. We also have phone calls regarding any more serious or concerning updates.
We are able to visit him whenever we want and the staff will also bring him home to ourselves. He also comes home for the football matches that attended before going to live at Elizabeth house.
We have full input to decisions being made regarding his care, room, and anything else.

We are so happy that we found Home2 Home as it really is a home, his home.

Overall Experience
It's always a difficult decision to place a loved one into a care facility and/or move them to somewhere different.
But moving my son to Elizabeth House was one of the best decisions.
He loves being there and is so well looked after and is out and about, visiting, exploring, shopping and holidays. He's going to Disney Land Paris in September for the 3rd time.
We are kept well informed of any appointments and meetings.
I have recently been ill and unable to visit for some time, but have had daily updates on his adventures and offers of support.
Any problems, concerns or issues are easily and quickly dealt with.

Sarah and her team are welcoming, approachable and most importantly, look after my son so well
