It is early days for us as a family at Elmbrook but we wouldn't have made it here without the amazing help and support of Sam. We are so pleased that we chose Elmbrook. The staff are all kind and compassionate and the whole family are cared for, not just the resident. Dad has his dignity back and the
care is gentle and tailored to his needs. This experience has been in the first 10 days. We are looking forward to settling him in more and more over the coming weeks.

My first visit to Elmbrook to see a friend of 50 years. I thought I was in a top class hotel. I was greeted with by very friendly receptionist who was polite and respectful. I was met by happy and caring staff who couldn't have been more helpful. All in all first class. 10/10.

My father has been a resident for a couple of months now & I can honestly say the difference in him is remarkable.
From day 1 the staff from housekeeping upto management level have been incredible towards him & our family


Everybody is so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing is too much for the

team at Elmbrook & the entertainment & activities for residents & their families is second to none.


If I could rate this care home 10 stars it would be up there
We definitely made the right decision for our father the care he receives is caring at its best

I knew this was the home for my dad the moment I walked through the door. I wrote on my pad WOW and showed it to my sister. She was in total agreement.
We were not disappointed. The management within this home is exceptional. The staff are amazing, respectful and provide superb care for all the residents.
They go above and beyond getting to know visiting family also, making each visit a pleasure. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly, taking time to chat with you each time you enter the home.

My mother moved in to Elmbrook Court at the end of November 2024. I cannot stress how grateful I am for the care which has been provided by the team. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. It has been a huge relief to know that my mother is looked after 24/7. The programme
of activities is incredible and even my mother (who said she never wanted to join in) is loving them. Christmas was made particularly memorable. Communication from the team is timely and helpful. I can't rate Elmbrook highly enough.

My father was admitted to Elmbrook at the age of 101. He had been living alone since my mother died in 2016. After a couple of injuries it was decided he needed greater safeguarding. The care he is receiving is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble. His room is very comfortable and the staff are all
very friendly. Food is good and service is great.

Elmbrook have been fantastic since dad moved in two weeks ago. They were able to help us at very short notice due to an unexpected crisis and have managed the whole process smoothly, calmly and with compassion. They are providing the best possible care for dad who is a dementia patient, and we couldn't
be happier with the way he's being looked after. All the staff are wonderful, and the facilities are like being in a high quality hotel! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the food is lovely.

My aunt is very pleased with the general facilities and her room, and as her niece, it is wonderful to see her being so well looked after and so comfortable. The staff are so welcoming from the minute you arrive at the front door, and everyone I have met working there is courteous and polite. The decor
and fittings in the home are of a very high quality and give an overall feeling of comfortable luxury. The only thing she has mentioned is that she is mildly dissatisfied with the quality of the food, but that may well be down to her diminished appetite.

We had a lovely lunch with my mum, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, including my 3 young children, and the food was very tasty. Overall the home is a very nice, peaceful but cheerful space, and feels a bit like a smart but comfortable hotel.

Elmbrook is a wonderful care home. I have been visiting a friend here for almost a year now. It's inviting, and friendly and I have the warmest welcome each time I visit. The facilities are brilliant, the bistro is well equipped and is a lovely place to sit and chat. I love that there are daily activities,
I see many residents taking part and it's a joy to see. I enjoy visiting on a weekly basis, not only to see my friend but the lovely staff who always say hello with a friendly face!

My mother came to Elmbrook Court for 4 weeks' respite care in August. She had been a little anxious about leaving her own home, but within a week she had decided that she wanted to stay permanently. Both she and I have found the staff very friendly and with a positive attitude and several visitors have
noticed how happy my mother seems there. The home itself is bright and airy and feels more like a hotel than a care home.

My uncle came for a respite stay (little over two weeks). To say he had a great time is an understatement, he was made so welcome and loved his stay. It was the absolute best decision to bring him. After years of isolation, he came out of his shell. He was so anxious to travel to spend Easter at Elmbrook,
but within minutes of arriving he was relaxed and settled. Within hours he felt at home. He can't wait to return in summer. This was because every single person at Elmbrook Court went above and beyond, they're not just professional, but caring and crucially compassionate. It's very obvious residents come first, they're treated with respect and care, it's clear they become like family to their residents. Everyone of the incredible team took time to spend with my uncle. Kindness is what makes this care home a cut above the rest, their incredible staff are testament to this amazing place many residents have no hesitation to call home, they're happy in the knowledge they're loved and safe. Just fab!

I have visited my best friend’s mother several times who lives at Elmbrook Court Care Home due to my friend living abroad and my lifetime close contact with the family.
The home is stunning and I have witnessed the quality of care and obvious kindness displayed by every member of staff which I believe
to be exceptional.
I have always been offered to stay for meals and I have to say I was very impressed with the choice and quality of the food.

Just wanted to say how pleased we have been with Elmbrook Court. Mother has been a resident for just over a year now, and during that time the staff have been wonderful in looking after her, and us whenever we come to visit.
The food is great, there are plenty of activities available, and everyone
seems so happy.

I am extremely proud to be the Registered Manager for Elmbrook Court. I have worked within the health and social care industry for over 20 years now, I started as a Care Assistant and quickly knew I was on the right career path.


With 8 years of management experience, I have previously been employed as an Assisted Living Manager, Deputy Manager, Area Manager and Registered manager where I managed multiple supported living sites. I am passionate about providing the highest quality care and enjoy this most when working with other dedicated team members also motivated to improve the lives of others.


When not at work I enjoy a variety of activities, and can often be found enjoying some sort of sea or land-based adventure. Anything that keeps me feeling young at heart!

I joined Elmbrook Court as a receptionist in July 2022. I was made very welcome and quickly felt I was part of a passionate and hard-working team. In May 2023, I had the opportunity to become the Client Relations Manager. Despite having yet to gain experience with this role within a care home setting, our General Manager, Rebecca, thought I was the right person for the job as my background is in sales and customer service. Having dealt with clients nationally and internationally over the years, I am definitely a people person!
