My parents stayed in Townsend Manor for two weeks. I can honestly say the care was amazing from all staff. The staff went way beyond not only their care for my parents but concern for the rest of the family's wishes too. The home itself is to a very high standard and I could not recommend it more highly.

Food excellent - a good variety of meals.
All staff are very caring and helpful, keeping residents busy and comfortable.
