Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission
needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each
individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing
Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Such a delightful environment - uplifting, cheerful and modern. Excellent staff in all areas. Excellent care and facilities. Wonderful reassurance, patience and thoughtfulness (for residents and visitors). A very welcoming happy atmosphere. A positive sense of living. This is a fantastic home. I hope

I had a warm welcome from all staff in Sutton Coldfield. Staff are great, very helpful, I had a lovely meal with my friend.
I also joined in for an afternoon social which was very enjoyable.
Coffee in bistro also lovely. My friend is very happy and settled.

When we visited the home we were struck by the lovely interior, we made arrangements to apply for entry. The next occasion we had lunch very well served and very inexpensive. The head waiter asked if we were satisfied. We replied that we were delighted. We cannot speak highly enough about the home or

Our beautiful home benefits from a strong, experienced management team whose vision, creativity, and commitment enhance the quality of care we provide. Together, we live by the belief that "teamwork makes the dream work," and this shines through in everything that we do.


I am also extremely grateful for the phenomenal nurses who lead each floor with passion and a genuine love for their work. My fantastic care team bring an all-hands-on-deck approach, demonstrating unmatched love, dedication and enthusiasm that amazes me every single day. Their commitment creates an incredible culture that not only enriches the lives of our residents but also brings in referrals and recommendations from the community and the families who trust us.


As someone who has been nominated for awards in our field, I am committed to holistic care that nurtures the whole person. This means taking time to truly listen to residents, understanding their experiences, and responding with compassion and empathy, qualities I believe are at the heart of meaningful care.
