Thank you so much for your moving and heartfelt words. We are deeply sorry for your loss, and our thoughts remain with you and your family during this time.It was our privilege to care for your mum in her final days, and we are truly honoured that you entrusted us with such an important responsibility. We understand how difficult it is to face such moments, and it means the world to us that you felt supported, comforted, and cared for during your time here.We are especially touched to know that the room's atmosphere, the personal touches, and our team's attentiveness brought you a sense of peace. It's incredibly meaningful to us that we could offer not only comfort to your mum, but also to you and your family, and that our staff were able to honour her life and dignity in a way that resonated with you. Please know that your kind words will be shared with the whole team-they will mean so much to everyone who had the privilege of supporting your mum and your family.

Thank you very much for the lovely review. We are delighted to hear Dad is getting the best care and you are happy with Kincairney House.
Please let us know anything you need.
We are very disappointed with this feedback and wholly dispute the accuracy of the statement. The reviewer was fully aware that her relative's needs had changed and therefore she was advised that Kincairney House could no longer meet the individual's needs.
The reviewer's relative had become abusive to staff and other residents. Sadly, and reluctantly, we had no other option but to serve notice to the family that other more suitable accommodation would better meet their relative's needs.
This was a very unfortunate and unique situation and we understand the individual is now resident at another location where we hope she will be more settled.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we appreciate your feedback and we are delighted your husband has settled in so well.
Thank you so much, your dad is a pleasure to look after.
