Overall Experience

My father moved to Kincairney House in June 2021 with a complex medical condition. The management and staff teams were incredibly supportive and have gone above and beyond to meet my father’s needs. The environment is exceptional with a five-star feel… but more importantly, the staff are all amazing! They are all professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Kincairney House with no hesitation.

Tracy Clephane
Tracy ClephaneJob Title Deputy ManagerJoined 2023

I am Tracy, currently Deputy Manager at Kincairney House, Perth, and have worked with Morar Living for three and a half years.

My career began after studying Social Care at college, where I discovered my passion for supporting others. My first role was in Forensic Care, which I thoroughly enjoyed due to the challenges and opportunities it provided.

After relocating, I moved into Elderly Care, despite initially thinking it was not the area for me. However, after my first shift, I realised I had found a career I truly loved, particularly supporting residents living with dementia.

Throughout my career, I have progressed from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and now Deputy Manager. Following a period of agency work, I joined Kincairney House and found a company where I felt welcomed and supported in achieving my career goals.

My ambition has always been to progress into management, as I enjoy leading teams and helping to deliver high-quality care.

I am grateful for the opportunities Morar Living has given me and remain committed to developing my skills, supporting staff, and ensuring the best outcomes for our residents.

Angie has been with Kincairney House since December 2023 as our Administrator/Receptionist.

Most of Angie's career has been in administration throughout the UK and in Germany, depending on where she was posted with her husband whilst he was in the army.

When they moved back to the UK permanently in 2013, Angie began working as a senior carer for a private home care company, where she travelled all over Perth supporting people in their own homes for a few years. During this time, Angie gained extensive experience in the care industry before moving into the company office.

Angie thoroughly enjoys her job at Kincairney due to the variety of it all and helping where she can.
