A happy place. The staff are happy, fun, professional and kind. Nothing is ever a problem. I have never heard anyone talk down to any resident. The food is excellent with a wide choice. It is clean and tidy with lots of indoor and outdoor imaginative activities. Management can't do enough, always there to support, listen and care very kind. GP visits frequently. Me and mum feel very supported and happy. I would certainly go there when I'm ready - whether for respite or permanent. Love, love, love this place. GP visits frequently. We are so glad we chose Avery Wimbledon, mum settled in so well when she first moved there, she had a lovely room, surrounded by her own paintings and furniture, delicious food, and carers who took time to get to know her and her routines. The home is well run by the excellent management, and we have always been welcomed so warmly when we visited. We are very grateful to all the amazing carers and staff for everything they did for mum, and for us, we will miss them! Thank you all.

The Signature facilities are 5-star, but unfortunately, my partner did not participate in very much and died after 2 weeks in the home.

My father was happy at the home as there was always something to occupy his mind, and he enjoyed the outings to some lovely places. Afternoons and weekends were especially nice when someone from the Academy of music would come to play for the residents, which you could see by their faces they always enjoyed. I am so grateful that my father was happy in his latter years.

My mother has been living in the dementia community at Signature at Wimbledon for over a year and has settled in really well; we are very happy with the care she receives. The care team work hard to keep the residents entertained and take them on trips out of the home. The food is restaurant quality, and the accommodation is akin to a luxury hotel rather than a care home which makes visiting for family and friends so much more enjoyable.

Signature was a wonderful home for my mother for six months, from when she became a resident until she passed away. The team there is very well-organized and extremely caring, and always go the extra mile to make residents' lives as rich as possible. I will never forget the personal kindness that so many of them showed to my mother and me. I recommend Signature at Wimbledon without any hesitation at all for anyone who is considering this kind of residential care.

There were staff shortages and a Covid outbreak at Christmas - no help given for bathing. Lack of clarity over medicine and promised bacs not arranged. Internal and external communications were poor. Offer of respite care turned out to be over-sold and not delivered. The food and furnishings were good.

The staff always made time to speak to her and made her stay pleasurable.

The staff were extremely attentive and professional and very obliging and kind. The food was incredible and always put a smile on Mum's face. There are some incredible, particular staff who cared for Mum's every need. Thank you, Signature at Wimbledon.

Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt. She looks a lot healthier and happier than two months ago, when she first came to your home. The whole team is so caring, and she has a nice time with other residents.

My mother enjoyed her 4-week respite stay at Signature Wimbledon. The home has a nice atmosphere, and the carers are so friendly and kind. My mother still talks about it and looks forward to her next stay.

I have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

I have nothing to say other than praise for the staff, without exception, they are pleasant and friendly in manner, always ready to help or listen or fo any little take if needed (like for insurance, of I am in the lounge and to tied to go to my room for something, they will cheerfully nip to my room for me, and if I'm in bed and need anything, the same applies). All the residents say, like me, how kind, helpful and willing they all are to help.

My father was cared for here for three and a half years, and I can honestly say that every member of staff I met was wonderful with him. He was not always easy, but they coped with him with patience, professionalism and love. Amazing!

Mum really did not want to go to a home. She loved being in her own home and beautiful garden. Although she felt she was managing, even with carers, she was finding it increasingly difficult with early Dementia, poor sight and mobility. She finally agreed to a trial at Signature Wimbledon for a month, and we were all hoping that she would want to stay but expected her to want to go home again. The first week was hard because she had to isolate, but once she was able to meet the other residents and join in the activities, she quickly settled and was happy. At the end of the second week, she said she had decided to stay. She said the staff were always so kind and helpful, she had made friends, there were lots going on, she loved her room, she said the food was very good, and she said, we (her family) were very clever to find such a nice place for her! Huge sigh of relief all-around! Thank you to all the team.

It was a difficult decision to move Mum to a care home, but we are thankful to have found the right home for Mum, and the whole process was seamless from the initial phone call to moving in. Thank you for what you do.

Good care home, nice staff. Very clean, and overall, good level of service. Was very clean and up to standards. Can’t comment on activities as wasn’t applicable. Nor can comment on value for money as just a friend and not the one who is paying.

We really appreciate the fantastic care that they give. Everyone at Signature has come together and coped so well over the last year and made the best of a difficult situation.

Signature Wimbledon looked after my mum until her recent death from Dementia aged 72. I cannot recommend this care home highly enough, especially having had an experience of a far less impressive place prior to mum's move in 2019. The facilities, activities schedule and food were all excellent - just as good if not better than the website promises. But the most important thing is how genuinely kind, respectful and knowledgeable all of the staff are - the dementia team especially deserve all possible praise. Mum was treated impeccably, and with genuine care and love, from the moment she arrived until she sadly died. Even during the Covid lockdowns, we were reassured that she was in the best possible hands, and they facilitated as much visiting, videos and calls as we could have hoped for - especially once she was in 'end of life'. We were and are hugely grateful.
