We have two chefs in post at Maple Court who are both qualified. In respect of the points raised, we have just undergone an industrial carpet cleaning programme and carpet replacement in some areas. We have employed a new team of activities leads during January and we are making the quiet room (in addition to the conservatory) available month round in order that visitors can spend private time with their loved ones away from the bedrooms and lounges.
