other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

The staff are friendly and kind. They lay on activities and the standard of catering is very high. The home is bright and cheerful.

Moving my mum here has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The efforts of all the staff have been the best part, nothing is too much trouble. I was worried about whether she'd settle but it has been a smooth transition and she is happy, safe and well cared for.

Orchard Manor is a 'home from home'. The residents are the centre of all that takes place. All activities are geared to their interests and the physical classes help to keep them active. The staff are fully committed to their jobs and professional at all times ensuring the dignity and privacy of all
the residents. The building and rooms are very comfortable and the welcome given to all visitors invites them into the home of those who live there. The different events that have been organised have been wonderful.

By requesting minor improvements in "food and drink" there was definite wider thinking on this core subject and improved delivery.
Portion size should be addressed.
My wife's views are the same as mine.
This is after our one week's trial stay and we hope to return...

The staff at Orchard Manor in Windlesham have been excellent from when Mum became a resident and prior to when we were discussing her care needs. The carers support her in all ways and ensure she is happy and comfortable. They provide lots of activities and encourage the residents to join in, which
they thoroughly enjoy. This has been really beneficial to Mum, allowing her to socialise and participate in activities she would struggle with previously.
The management team are enthusiastic and excellent at communicating with us, so we always know how Mum is getting on.
The care home rooms, suites and lounges are large and airy, allowing lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The facilities available are super and well utilised. A lovely new care home dedicated to offering the best for its residents.
