Luckily I spotted this newly built home, I was very interested straight away. Firstly I wanted to make sure the home would suit his needs. The care manager came to assess my brother without hesitation to put my mind at rest, she assessed my brother so the best care plan could be put in place. She explained the whole process, answered all our questions and provided all the information we needed. When I visited the home it is absolutely stunning, so homely, spacious, with beautiful rooms, and really well planned out. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional, the communication has been fantastic with the care manager updating me every step of the way. They have all gone above and beyond to make not only my brother but us feel comfortable and to make my brother's move go as smoothly as possible. My first instinct wasn’t wrong. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my brother to be cared for.
