My auntie became a permanent resident of Pingley Court Care Home in Dec 2024. The home is always clean, tidy, and nicely decorated, it's a really welcoming environment. The food is lovely and they do a great Sunday lunch, but the highlight of the week for my auntie is always fish and chip Friday, she loves her fish and chips.
The manager and all the staff are really friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. My auntie is frail due to her age and they have been quick at spotting signs when she needs medical attention which I really appreciate. They organise a variety of activities, trips out and my auntie particularly enjoys the singing, it's clear they genuinely care about the residents.

Finding Pingley Court was a huge relief for me. Knowing that my auntie is safe, happy, and well looked after is everything. I wouldn't hesitate to place another family member in here if the need ever arose, I would happily recommend it.

Pingley Court Care Home was selected because the staff looked so friendly. Their behavour to each other and to all the residents made everyone comfortable. Visitors are welcomed and residents are occasionally taken out for a coffee.

Both my Mother in Law and Mum spent several years at Pingley Court, who delivered fantastic care throughout their time there.

Staff are amazing, always friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Dawn, the care home manager, was always available for a chat and runs the home with real focus on helping and supporting those with dementia. A true professional, who cares passionately about her job.

Thank you so much for all you did for our Mums.

The care and support my uncle receives is delivered with love, dignity, respect and compassion. The staff team at Pingley Court go above and beyond to make people feel safe and secure. Problems are always addressed and resolved. Food on the whole is generally good, however tea and supper could be a lot more varied. The management team are very visible and very responsive to issues. Pingley Court gives me peace of mind regarding my uncle's care.

Thank you for your review , it has been good to see your uncle enjoying his hobbies again since moving into the big room and him having two hobby tables in there. I know he also enjoys his time in the lounge playing the keyboard or playing Bingo during our afternoon drinks.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they are upbeat, friendly, kind and caring, just what I want for my mum. It's really hard leaving parents in anyone else's care but I have full confidence in the staff at Pingley Court. My mum is always clean and cared for, and she seems really happy.

I mainly started doing a six-day respite period in early December 2024 as a way of getting over a senior family bereavement, 2 weeks before. Instantly made new friends, with residents and staff, and made me a member of the Pingley Court Care Home family. They acknowledged my artistic talent. Towards the end of February, they greeted me with open arms as I became a permanent resident. Thank you all for your warm residential welcome.

I am overall very happy with the care my mum gets at Pingley Court Care Home. They do activities which stimulates the mind and passes the time on. Her room is always clean but her drawers need sorting out more often. She always seems happy and she gets her hair and nails done, which I'm happy about. Most of the staff are caring and lovely and she gets on with them. The food is plentiful and good.

Even though it was Mum's decision to move into Pingley it took her some time to get used to her new environment considering she had lived in her home for 69 years. However, the manager and all her staff did everything possible to make her feel safe and comfortable, with plenty of compassion and hugs. The medical care received was first class, with the experienced staff aware of any signs that would warrant a doctor or hospital. She eventually became happier with her stay in Pingley realising it was the best for her and her family. The end-of-life care was 11/10 with constant round-the-clock care. I have no complaints.

My mum was a resident from May 2022 until she passed away on Monday evening the 16th of September 2024. I cannot fault the car she received especially at the end of her life from all the staff who were tender and loving, very gentle and professional and a great support to me at this very emotional and distressing time. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for somewhere to take care of a loved one needing that extra help.

I have been very happy with the care my mother has received at Pingley Court Care Home. In particular, I feel the home excels in managing medical needs maintaining a safe and secure environment and maintaining good standards of cleanliness and decoration. Much more important though are the staff who are just exceptional, beyond anything I could have hoped for. They are patient, kind, generous and endlessly good-humoured. They truly care for the residents in the way you would want a loved one to be cared for.

My Mum has now been at Pingley Court Care Home for 8 months and I can't speak highly enough of the care, respect and kindness that she has received. The staff work tirelessly to provide dignified and professional care for each and every resident while still being compassionate to their individuality. We are contacted if there are any medical issues and kept up to date with their progress which is very reassuring. Regular entertainment is organised throughout the year along with daily activities which residents are encouraged to take part in if they so wish. As the weather has begun to improve they have been outside gardening and visiting local cafes and bar's to enjoy a coffee or something a little stronger. I would not hesitate and have recently recommended Pingley to a friend for his mother's care. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for their very hard work and dedication to their residents. Many thanks.

We visited my Grandma this weekend and the team at Pingley Court could not have been any nicer. The Senior Carer really looked after us all and gave us the opportunity to spend some quality time together. She understood our concerns regarding our young daughter being with us and any potential inflammatory situations with my grandma and she kept an eye on us to ensure all was well. We were also allowed to bring in our small dog, which my grandma adored. Thank you so much for the care you give our loved ones, and the support and updates you provide to family members. You are all fab!

Lovely, welcoming care home that puts the excellent care of residents and their families first. Always something happening. Residents are kept busy and encouraged to join in. Don't leave residents in front of the TV all day. Always encourage residents to move around and exercise, not just sit in a chair. Plenty of lovely food.
